There was 2 of us ordering. My daughter liked all of her food. I got a small chocolate milk shake but it was kind of watery. I got a beef burrito but it didn’t taste good to me. I guess I am use to taco bells flavor. But the lady at drive thru was great her personality was bubbly and she smiled all the time.

Do not order the quesadillia taco. I got the chicken flavor and the smell was awful!! I took a bite and had to spit it back out. The regular taco was good along with the milkshake. My friend told me certain items on the menu are better so I’m not writing them off completely.

Went here with my mom and kids for a take out dinner. We got fish tacos, 4 snack tacos for my kids and fries. As well as the bubble drinks they have now. Kids loved their tacos, fries and bubble drinks but the type of shells they used for the fish tacos weren’t the best choice. They were soggy and limp from the stuffing from the tacos. But other than that, everything was good!

Just found out about this Del Taco in Columbus! First visit was GREAT! Order was accurate, food was excellent, but the service was difference! The 2 young men that helped me with my order were friendly, courteous, and extremely professional! When Hardee’s opened on south high, I was excited until I went there. Hardee’s on south high has terrible employees! They’re rude and unprofessional and that reflects in their food quality, the food taste terrible at Hardee’s on south high because the employees are terrible! Del Taco has seem to avoid the good employee shortage because their employees ROCK! My food was delicious and was still warm after riding in an car with the A/C cranked all the way back to the west side! The portion are ampke and queso is AWESOME! Quite a bargain, also! 5 stars all the way!!!!!

I’m seeing a lot of bad reviews and honestly I’m not really sure why. The employee who took our order was young but VERY polite – like, we were struck by how polite and professional he was. They worked quickly despite having a long line of customers AND got our entire order correct! Furthermore, the food was great. So, don’t let the negative reviews stop you from grabbing a bite to eat here. We recommend the crunchy shrimp tacos!
