Opening day was great the customer service was impeccable, Fast forward not so great I waited 30 in the lobby to place and receive my order. I believe it was longer than that. The young lady at the counter was an absolute sweet heart, and this other young lady had a twisted scarf absolute team players. However, my order up was incorrect, tried calling. called the next day talk to the manager from the tone made it feel as if I wanted something free I just Wanted what I paid for, I asked just to replace what was not eaten. I paid change that I donated 16.14 I WONT be returning.

The staff were rude. Three ladies that worked there siting in the dining area with their kids instead of waiting on customers. It wasn’t till a line of 3 people showed up that one of them decided to get up and take our orders, all the while being a little rude about having to do some work.

Wait time was awful, but I understand it’s a new establishment so we were patient. Employees were nice but still took way to long to get order together, did not receive correct drinks or sizes! We did enjoy our food once received so I will give them a second chance.

The fish tasted old like it was re-cooked. The customer service wasn’t the best either, but I will give them another chance. I was excited to see a new Del Taco opening so close to me, and I hope the staff is undergoing training to be a bit more attentive to customers and the quality of the food they’re presenting us.

We ordered 10 tacos. Came home to eat and the meat had no seasoning at all, there was way too much cheese and the shells tasted like they were old and smelled like old grease or some kind of chemical. $20.00 wasted. Had to dump in the trash. They were not edible.

They close the lobby doors too early. They take too long to prepare the orders. About the food I don’t know because I went there to pickup a order for a Doordash customer. But I gave them a 2 star rating base on the appearance of the business. It’s a new restaurant so no problem there. I left plenty of room for improvement. Now the staff from the top on down need to work on getting their customer service act together.

Like a number of customers that have reviewed this location, the drive thru wait time was inexcusable. I sat at the pickup window for nearly 15 minutes after I paid for my food before I received it (Cold and soggy by that point.). They gave me ONE napkin and didn’t give me any hot sauce after asking for some. Never had any such issues with the location in Riverdale.
