Our specialty, the famous Steak Sandwich Supreme. The steak is fresh, never frozen and each steak is hand breaded and cooked as the order is placed. No food is cooked in advance. The menu is extensive, including not only the Steak Sandwich Supreme, but also the chicken sandwich supreme, fresh chef salads, large burgers with a variety of great toppings, all-beef hot dogs and hot link sandwiches, pork chop dinners with potatoes, gravy, salad and texas toast, delicious, impressively large onion rings, rich, thick shakes, floats, freezes and more. We also have kiddie meals for the little ones, with an entrée, fries, drink and cookie. Del Rancho has been serving great food in Norman since 1979!

food is great, but stick with the popular items. Ordered a Giant Feankfurter, expecting a footlong. I got a hotlink on a hamburger bun. Good ingrediants, but an odd way to combine them.

Ok so i tell you bout my bad experiebces with custo.er service and now i have had a great experience. Nothing special just what customer service is sipposed to be we pulled into the stall where we order the gal on the speaker aats she cant hear us of course you cant soneones running a sander and traffic is crazy so shr comes right out to taje our order no attitude wasnt pissed off she haf to work very polite she wasnt an old lady but wasnt twenty two either she explaims how ill be chargef for using my cc.bring our food out explains how its split up in the bags just the way we ordeted it so recaping she listened to my ordrer she relayex it to the cook she madecsure i got my order correctly and was polite the whole time she knows customer service thank you del rancho of norman your gonna get me as s repeat customer

Nearly 25 years later, I finally was able to introduce my kids to a childhood favorite restaurant. The chicken fried steak sandwich is insane. I thought it was big when I was kid, and now that I’m an adult, it’s seems even bigger. This is big enough for two people to share. You also can’t go wrong with the burgers. I’m happy that I got to make memories with my kids eating here like I did with my parents when I was their age. Even after 25 years, it still tastes just like I remember as a kid.

Very similar to Sonic but prices are a bit higher. The advantage this place has is the steak sandwich. Very tasty and huge to the point of the meat is coming out of the sides. The combo is higher priced but you can’t beat the taste and how filing it is. Service was good and the drive up where you ordered was old looking but worked.

Used to really love eating here… would especially come for the old fashioned cheeseburger. But after having lunch there today I am so disappointed. Fries tasted like old dirty oil…. Came with no salt whatsoever. Hamburger patties were overcooked and tough on the outside. My girlfriend ordered a chili burger and it came with no chili. After the interaction with the waitress (she was rude) I didn’t want to ring them again to say there wasn’t chili on the burger. At 12:15 on a Saturday with two other cars in the lot when we ordered and for as much as it costs to eat there it was disappointing. I just don’t think the value or quality is here anymore.

Food is great but I say at the table outside and they lost my tickets then waited to go back inside they seemed more concerned about the boys they weee checking out then my order which they still couldn’t figure out. Stop worrying about your relationship w firemen and do your job!!!

14 dollars for over fried onion rings. Fired so long onions were non existent. Steak patty more bread than meat on it. Heard a lot about this place. Disappointed would be an understatement. Save your money eat somewhere else

Went to order and the girl on the other end was exceptionally rude. Told me a very snarky good bye when I said $6 to add a fry and a drink to an order was expensive. 1:30 pm on Saturday. Too many other places out there to have employees that are rude.

The advertised best steak sandwich is a lie, and I drove 15 minutes to experience a lie, then paid 70 dollars for my family to experience a lie. I’m just glad I won’t ever ever have to try this place again.
