LITERALLY INCAPABLE of giving me a correct order. i have worked in fast food and normal restaurants. i get it. sometimes you forget the sauce. thats no big deal. its EVERY SINGLE TIME. nothing is right. the burgers are wrong. my chili cheese tots only have chili or only have cheese. the coke is a sprite, there is no sauce. i order mayo only on the burgers and 9/10 its got everything. i have literally never gotten sauce. i have to ask a worker to come back to my car and fix my order every single time i go here. its not all sonics. its just this one. i have had to speak to a manager on multiple occasions. 3 times now in the last 2 years i have had them just not believe me and make me show them my wrong order because i complain so much. im not some random boomer karen that loves to complain. its just and i cannot stress this enough EVERY SINGLE TIME i go there something is wrong. i cannot even remember the last time i got what i ordered. DO NOT go to this sonic. it is well worth your time to drive the extra 10 mins to go to a good sonic

This sonic is the absolute worst…… this place can be wiped clean off the map! Every time I have done the online order it always takes them 30 minutes to make your food or to get your drinks they are incompetent… they will log your food off your menu screen will say order headed your way but wait an extra 10 minutes…. They need new management or something bc they suck at they job sry not sry

The worst sonic I’ve ever been too, they never give you the right stuff. When they do it’s not all there for example I got a double bacon burger as it is my favorite no bacon.. EVERYTIME I bring it up to the person at the intercom they bring me out what they feel is sufficient, not what is in their training manual for the sandwiches. After doing so this time I bought another sandwich..a bourbon bacon burger for my wife nothing on it. I feel they have immature retaliation type of behavior in the kitchen. Keep in mind. I’m kind, cool collective, understanding. Not mean.. just a average consumer who has had enough at this location.

The ice fairies strike again. Drove 20 minutes just to come get a Route 44 Limeade and some chili cheese tots (which ended up being fries when I got them), only to realize after maybe 5 good big drinks of my limeade, that it’s gone. You would think that it would be hard to gauge how much ice to put in a cup, but no, it’s not hard when there’s a line INSIDE the cup near the halfway point between top and bottom, telling you where to fill the ice to. But maybe my expectations are too high, so I digress.

I had 2 separate orders, 1st cash & 2nd cc. The car hop brought the cc order 1st so I asked her to make sure she brings the cash order out cause that’s what I was going to tip her out of & I wanted her to get a tip. She brings my $10 meal with no receipt, I handed her a $20 she walks off and never returns. I called & the manager Holly told me they are trained if you say tip they don’t offer your change back! That’s entailment & guess if I had paid with a larger bill they would just walk off with it too! Holly asked me did you ask the car hop to make change? Why would I when you purchase something with cash you usually get change back! Sonic if you aren’t paying your employees enough please do because stealing is unacceptable!
