The food was cold, we did not receive everything that we ordered, the wait time was over an hour. The service from our server and manager was awful. Mold on ceiling. The space is very crowded and there’s too many people with not enough seating (I accepted this part of the restaurant, but it bothered me). The manager forced us to pay for cold oatmeal (that we did not touch as you can see in the photo) that we recieved after over an hour of ordering. The server we recieved was very rude, unorganized and nasty, along with the manager. I never write reviews unless it’s absolutely necessary because it requires my limited time and attention as a single working parent, so for me to go out of my way and do this, makes it very important for others to see this review. I have been coming here for years. I take my 1 year old daughter here because I like to feed her home cooked style meals. Today I have received the worst service in my 28 years of dining out. We waited patiently over an hour for our food. When the food came, we told our server that we did not want the oatmeal because it was cold, we waited too long for it and we were not going to eat it. We also had to keep reminding the server that we did not receive our pancakes and bread and water that we ordered. When our missing food finally arrived, it was cold and we accepted that, without complaining, because we were hungry. When the check came, we noticed the oatmeal was being charged and we kindly reminded our rushing, forgetful, rude server that we will not be paying for the oatmeal because we did not touch it. She said we HAVE to pay for it. We asked to speak to the manager, he came and said we ordered it so we have to pay for it even though we did not touch it. We politely refused to pay for something that we did not eat and the manager went off very rudely on us, humiliated us in front of everyone, including my 1 year old baby, then he said in front of everyone, “DON’T COME BACK HERE!” I apologized on his behalf to his costumers that were being interrupted from eating by such behavior from the manager. We called the police and explained the situation. My family and I couldn’t believe we were treated such way, especially by the manager after coming here for so many years. If the manager treats his Costumers like this, I feel very sorry for the workers.They have lost some loyal costumers and I will be spreading the word about the manager and server. Save your time and money, and go somewhere else. MRS. Mitchell’s is a great spot in Holyoke similar to the food here, and Petros in Chicopee as well. Take care, and stay safe everyone. We live in a place where everyone is becoming so bitter, especially in the workforce. It’s sad.

First time customer and initial experience was great. Thought i’ll try corned beef hash plate and it turns out great -too my satisfaction. Our waitress was very efficient and super friendly. Also my family has the same experience. We’re going to be a frequent customer most likely.

Staff was very kind. We were seated almost immediately and our food came out quickly. They had large portions and the food was not at all expensive. The flavor was good as was the quality. The atmosphere was also neat, and it was not overly crowded. I would definetly go back to this location!

It’s a alright breakfast place . Table has a funky smell when I went there . Scrambled egg was cooked like omelette and hard . ♀️. Pancakes aren’t fluffy , it was OD! Taste is 2out of 5 all in all. Won’t be going back .

Stopped here for breakfast and thought it was very good. The service was good the food was very good and prepared the way I asked and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The place was clean and inviting and with plenty of parking. I’ll be going back soon.12/15/21 … I’m a regular here now, once or twice a week
