Absolutely loved this place, friendly staff, and the food was great! Loved the vibe and style inside as well. Flavourful and delicious food, ( i had the salmon dish). The pear Georgian soda was very good too. was here the other day and can’t wait to come back again on my next trip in Vancouver. Also their site states the no tip policy unless you really want to but they have a 20% service charge fee applied to the check, which does show on receipt. idk why some reviews say it doesn’t. Didn’t have to wait long to order food, and it came out at a decent standard time.

I made reservations weeks ahead of time because of how fast this place gets booked. My husband and I were both really excited to try because of all the good reviews but this place really didn’t live up to the hype. I’m actually kind of shocked by all the raving reviews. After we sat down, it was about 30 minutes before our order was even taken. It’s a very small place so only seats a handful of people inside and outside. We ordered the dumplings, cheese bread, and dip sampler. All of the cheeses on the sampler were SUPER strong, smelly cheeses. Neither of us could finish them. The dips were okay. The cheese bread was decent. The soup dumplings were big but lacking in filling, so it was like eating a ball of dough with a little bit of broth and meat inside. Important to note that on the menu it states that they include a mandatory service charge of 20% to avoid tipping the servers so they can provide a living wage. Nothing wrong with that in itself, but it’s in relatively fine print and when you get the check it prompts you to leave a tip with no indication of the service charge on the receipt you sign. It’s something I would have normally overlooked if it wasn’t for another reviewer. We will not be back.

This place was amazing. Even better than the Georgian food I got in Berlin. Very rich in flavor and spice similar to the Mediterranean region. Nice aesthetics, staff were super nice. Only a quick trip from Portland. So good.

Having spent a semester studying abroad in Armenia and Georgia while in university, this restaurant fills my cup with nostalgia—and my stomach, too. Best restaurant in Vancouver, WA. Family owned and operated too, which is a nice touch. Glad to live down the street so I can order at least once weekly. Love the mushroom Khinkali and the tarragon lemonade. Made with care. 10/10.

FINALLY got everyone to go to Dediko and there’s no question it’s extremely good. I heard something about it getting a top 50 WA restaurant ranking and I don’t know if that’s true or not, but it’s unique enough and good enough that I am inclined to believe it. The khachapuri, that breadboat cheesy thingamajig that Georgian food has become somewhat famous for, is probably even better than I expected. Something about that cheese is pretty unique and delicious. The tomato cucumber salad also caught me off guard. It’s dressed with a crushed walnut, sunflower oil, parsley, dill vinaigrette that was, again, unique and just really damn good. The clay pot bean stew and the kabobs with walnut sauce and potato wedges both had spice and herb profiles that were, AGAIN, very unique and very good. The dumplings were mild in comparison to other things on the table and while they were good and I’m glad I got them, if I were thinking dumplings then I’m still gonna go for soup dumplings and gyoza. Awesome place overall and will be back to try more things without a doubt.

The food, service, and setting is great here. This is one of my favorite restaurants in town. Many menu items are gluten free. The salad was great and a little dill and may e nuts and cheese in the dressing was delicious. The stuffed mushrooms were also amazing. My favorite is still the soup (my wife eats the bread), it’s a little spicy with a lot of great flavor. If you haven’t eaten here yet, you should try it.

The food was AMAZING, the service was very terse and short, bordering on rude. I also was surprised/annoyed when I received the check and it very clearly requested a tip when their website states they won’t request a tip but you will be charged a 20% service fee. The original receipt included the 20% service fee, then when the server returned with the copy for me to sign it very clearly solicited a percentage tip, not just the line where you fill in a dollar amount but three large boxes with different percentages that you put a checkmark in to add a tip. It felt like they weren’t operating according to the values laid out on their website when it comes to tipping.

The atmosphere in this restaurant is probably my favorite in all of Vancouver – it’s elegant, rustic, and calming. Our waitress was nice. The service was a little slow, but everything was very hot when it came out so I believe the slow service is due to the items being made to order. I had the Adjaruli and my friend ordered the Penovani. It was delicious, salty comfort food!

A wonderful family run place with amazing authentic food. Felt like visiting my grandma when she was trying to feed me into a happy food coma. Loved the main dish, the wine, the coffee and especially the dessert! Picture of the latter attached.
