My food was terribly prepared. They closed their lobby which I had my food set for pickup inside. I wasn’t able to pickup my food in a timely manner so I had to go through the drive through to pickup. I had to wait for a long time to get to the window. Upon getting there they only gave me two drinks and I had to explain to the worker how there was 3 and not 2 drinks which took a while for them to comprehend. Due to this I was concerned all my food wasn’t there but due to now wanting to hold up the line I left home. Getting home and inspecting my food, I got to find out they didn’t give me my 2 chicken chalupa supreme. I had ordered a total of 2 luxe boxes and 1 build your own box. I called later and upon picking the lady just says you’ll have to call back in 30 minutes because I only have one other worker and we’ll have more later. I call 30 minutes later twice and they decide to just never pickup my call. Terrible service and not acknowledgement of apologies received.

The lady working tonight on November 1st of 2025 in drive-thru was absolutely rude and disrespectful and downright mean to customers. And she was told to have a great night and a better attitude she goes oh I have a phenomenal attitude I got you what you wanted right? That is not the attitude to have towards your customers if that’s what you call customer service then I won’t come back.

Taco bell food is pretty good but the service at this taco bell is pretty consistently lackluster. I always feel pretty rushed at this taco bell. It’s not the worst service but it’s not the best either. The restraunt itself is pretty nice though with outdoor seating, nice indoor seating, and pretty well cleaned tables. I wouldn’t avoid this taco bell by any means but it’s not my favorite one.

Ordered my food for inside and when i got here all the doors were locked so I went to the window and they talked to me like i was being a burden for asking for my food they told me to just get in line and it’ll be ready and the line takes 45 minutes (not exaggerating) to get through, was late back to work, and the people don’t even talk at the drive thru speaker and you just have to keep asking them to do their job. Horrible experience in every aspect, but the food does taste good it’s taco bell

Made 2 online orders and was met with a really rude worker at the speaker, it was 9:30pm and no cars in line. Once we got to the window she told us they didn’t have our soda, we asked about what other sodas they had instead and she was extremely rude about asking for a certain soda. We then got our soda it was wrong, once we told her and she was aggressive. She slammed the door after giving us our first order. After our second order we asked her for her name for obviously wanting to write a great review 😉 She wouldn’t give us her name and slammed the door, again. Overall just very disgusting customer service :/

Taco Bell is just ok food. Meats are not quality and toppings like cheese are lame.Over the years the toppings have gotten less and less and the price like other fast food places have gotten higher?
Last time I went 2 a Taco Bell was well over 2 years ago. Having said that d, I like their sauces and shells.
This store was clean inside. Staffed well. You can dine in and to save time I ordered off their app. The meat and quality of meats is just so so at best to me. But I was in a hurry and a Crunchwrap supreme sounded good. If u use the app you can get deals in their food so that is why I dropped in.
This place like many others are hiring. They will start u st 11 a hour. Hence, why they are hiring and why many places don’t allow inside dinning. Some fast food places even will give a sign in bonus. So it is a employee market. Personally I wouldn’t work at the bel unless they paid 14-25 a hour to start with experience.
Many other places are hiring and pay much more.
Food was hot. Inside was clean. No one was there when U dropped in at 4:30om. The drive they did not look backed up.
I can’t give the place 5 stars cus the food is so-so at best. Without the app I would never pay over 10 for fast food. I would go to a place that actually serves up good, or better quality tacos!

Terrible customer service from the girl working drive thru, rude, and just must be a miserable person in general. It was very clear that she absolutely hated her job, and that she had no interest in doing her job, and probably shouldn’t be in the customer service field… ever!! We ended up saying forget it we will go spend our money somewhere else for dinner, during the middle of placing our bc she was so unpleasant!

Whoever made my Catina chicken taco at 2:20am needs a raise it’s the best taco I’ve had from Taco Bell our food was fresh and hot no complaint very satisfied and surprised it actually was fresh and good usually it’s not but this location and whoever made it spectacular.

Im very disappointed in the service I received. I came to this Taco Bell at 11:00pm. I came through the drive through. As I was ordering I asked for a chicken quesadilla with what I assumed was no jalapeno sauce. I asked the worker if that’s what it was because I wanted to make sure my order was correct. The worker had not responded for at least 30 seconds to a minute. That prompted me to ask again if that’s what was on the quesadilla. The worker responded “ya” with a disgusted tone. I had asked the worker if she could make sure that wasn’t on the quesadilla. The worker responded “I already did ” in a very rude tone. I had decided that due to the poor service and attitude from the worker that I was going to leave. As I was leaving the worker walked over the seating area and pulled out her phone. POOR SERVICE. THANK GOD I WONT BE COMING BACK HERE AGAIN. Would do 0 stars if that was an option.
