we went on a weekday so when we arrived, we were the only ones there. the atmosphere was okay, it almost looked like a café for its aesthetic appearance.
the service was okay. although the server didn’t look too pleased to have customers, i may be wrong but that was the vibe he was giving. the wait for the food wasn’t that long which earned a star.
however, we had a terrible experience with the food. we were looking forward for the wings, but every time the wings arrived they were still bloody . if the server remembered (or even noticed) i actually put a note on the food check list provided that read “huwag po sana bloody. thank you! :)” and yet, the next serving of wings after the note remained the same. my partner even pointed out that the wings were “luto sa labas, pero malansa sa loob.”
but aside from that, i personally liked the pork gravy, my partner liked the spaghetti and alfredo, and we both liked the milktea. we did like the flavors, sadyang hindi lang fully luto yung nabigay sa amin.
looking forward to changes, they have potential.

Disappointed with the service at BM Unlimited. The place looks nice and the buffet was okay, but we waited over 45 minutes for our chicken wings and never got them, even after following up twice. Poor service — not recommended.

The premises are clean but there is only a limited number of seats.
Food served is good with a limited selection of dishes.
Unlimited wings are ordered on sets with 3-4 pieces each set.
It would be nice if the place also provided a menu for drinks. When I went there the place actually offered more than just the water and ice tea, they also had iced coffee and milktea (overheard from a nearby table).
Overall good experience and good place to bring friends and family for a quick budget buffet meal on a weekend.

Food was great. The service was fast and very accommodating. Staff were all friendly. Even though the wings are not that crispy the sauce compensates for it.
