AWFUL!!!! We don’t have many places to buy lottery tickets in Sherwood anymore, so they were suggested. The gentleman working came from the back saw me standing at the counter. Slowly made his way to the front than sat down on his chair and played on his phone. I said excuse me and he remained on his phone. Too bad you lost out I spent over $100 buying tickets at Tualatin Liquor store. They care about their customers!

I went into this establishment to scratch the $25 worth of tickets that I had puchased there the previous night. I was just finishing my second ticket and got a very sharp pain in my right eye. I dropped my head slightly and put my right hand to my eye to try and relieve the pain. I was immediately reprimanded by the hostess, Faith, for *sleeping” on her counter. I tried to explain but her attitude and volume made it evident that she was having none of it. At that point I was asked to leave and not return. I have honored that restriction to present and have zero desire to change that. It would seem that the hostess’ personal feelings are the rule of the day at Dede’s Deli and that’s just poor business practice. Every time a patron is banned, a revenue stream is cut off. And all because of one personal opinion. I would not recommend patronizing the poorly managed business as there are so many alternatives with great customer service. Regards

This place is all right, pretty much a knockoff of Dotty’s, what if you’re not familiar with it then a place with nagm, beverages, and access to 100% of Oregon lottery offerings the games with daily or weekly television draws to scratch-its and video poker. The staff here it is not the friendliest and hthe atmosphere is very impersonal does lacking a lot of what I look for in a place I would choose to frequent.

This was my 2nd time in and it was not as great. This is the reason for the 3 stars. 5 stars for my 1st visit, 2.5 stars for this visit. My first time in was wonderful, clean, service was friendly and welcoming. This 2nd visit was the opposite. The lady wasn’t rude but she didn’t say hello when we came in, in fact she didn’t look up from her phone the whole time we were there. We’ll give it a 3rd try and that will determine if we ever go here again.

Dede’s in Sherwood is a fun place to meet up with a friend or go it alone for some interesting conversation with other customers and staff. Kyle is always there ready to make you a drink, maybe some delicious bar eats and wish you good luck at the poker machines. You can tell she cares about the customers and her job. So if your choice is between another local deli or Dede’s, dont risk loosing…you know where to go.

Ive been here here several times. Its not a deli, its a video poker hall. Machines are set so tight you have no chance at winning. I played 100, at a dollar a hand and i walked out 15 mins later. Dont waste your time or money here
