Excellent service, delicious food, and a wonderful experience overall. I can’t wait to come back again. The samosas, the lentil fritters, tandoori chicken and that dessert! Wow! All so delicious! The staff was at the sweet spot of attentive but not overly aggressive. The environment was pleasant. Loved it!

The Bistro at the Oaks is a restaurant run by Hall County Schools. Students studying culinary arts and hospitality prepare the meals and act as servers. They do a wonderful job!
I haven’t been for lunch, as I’m pretty much always in school myself when they have them, but the monthly dinners are amazing. It’s a great way to expand your horizons. Tonight was seven courses based on French cuisine. I had some things I never would’ve tried otherwise, and it was all amazing.
You get wonderful food at a great price, and you give young men and women the opportunity to practice career skills. It’s a thoroughly enjoyable experience!

What a fun, delicious, heartwarming experience having lunch at the Bistro at the Oaks! Gabriel did a fine job of introducing himself and serving. Erica was a perfect hostess. And how nice that the chef made an appearance in the dining room! This is a terrific set up to let outsiders see how our young people learn with this hands-on experience. We will definitely come back!

I have eaten here in the past and I am just fine in now deciding to write this review. I hated the service, the server was rude and the food was not the best !!! I found a hair in the food and it was a long hair !!!! Kitchen should be shut down for that ! Never ever coming to this “ Bistro “ a friend recommended it but i am very disgusted
