Now open year round. . I love going there and getting ice cream after a nice dinner in the area. We always have great service here. The girls are very nice and friendly. I can see they have good attitudes because seriously who wants to scoop ice cream all day. They have tons of flavors to choose from. It’s mostly all Hershey brand ice cream. I only wish they had a better point loyalty program other than the stupid punch cards. Owners take note. Other than that Dear Hearts Ice Cream is the best around.

Two words. Pure garbage! Now they have “sugar free” ice cream. Now with allergies, one asks if the sugar free ice cream has aspartame. The worker shrugged her shoulders and didn’t know. Not good for business. Also, the soft serve was watery flavorless garbage. Apparently it’s mixed together and not out of a machine like one finds in Carvel. They mixed the flavor in after I asked if the soft serve had that flavor stuff mixed in. If I knew, I wouldn’t have got it. An ice cream stand serving store sold container ice cream. Not worth the trip let alone the money. Go to a supermarket and save money; buy your own half gallon and scoop it yourself.

My family and I love this place, we have never had an issue here. The have a big variety and offer more soft serve flavors than anywhere I can think of. We have enjoyed everything we have tried. The service is really good too. It’s ice cream and it’s ice cream done right so ignore the bad reviews and stop by because it’s totally worth it
