If you’re looking for a nice, small cozy place to eat, this is it. Don’t let the name fool you, its not necessarily a food truck. They do have indoor seating. The kitchen is the food truck. The food was delicious and service was great! The lemonade or shall I say limeade was delicious and fresh! Definitely made from scratch. Fully recommend this place if you’re in the area.

Absolutely amazing atmosphere and such a friendly very welcoming owner! The food was hot and delicious! And the Agua de Melon was perfect for this heat! So refreshing! Definitely coming here again! If I could rate it a 100 stars I would!

Hands down the best taco place in all of Anthony NM and TX. The aguas frescas are delicious we enjoy going to eat here the customer service is beyond great. Chino is very attentive and customizes food plates for every liking lots of choices to pick from.

Brand new Mexican food truck in town! It’s good and clean, most importantly it has a vision! The food truck has three main areas, an outside patio, bar, and the inside of a building for safety from the elements. The food is good, needs some more inspiration to make it unique, but what maters is the sauce in Mexican food, it’s pretty good! Three selections of sauces, all some of the best. Tacos are good, burritos are big, and there is a huge selection of Mexican glass sodas!! All the favorites are there, Fanta, Mundet, Coca, all of them. It’s not entirely where it wants to be stylistically just yet, but the owner and workers are driven to create the place they want it to be and are working hard to meet that goal. A great place to check out, and hopefully create regulars

As vegans we were getting bored with eating tacos with frijoles, so was excited to discover this place had mushroom tacos. They were generous with the filling, not only with mushrooms but also onions and nopales or string beans. The slice of avocado on each taco was a nice touch. I also appreciate when people use corn tortillas instead of flour bc many flour ones contain whey (dairy). The red and green hot sauces brought it all together. And You can’t beat the price, too! There’s some cute Mexican crafts for sale, too.
The only room for improvement is that I like a little freshness in my tacos so added some raw onions and cilantro. The host was welcoming and generous. Thank you, Alfonso!
