Excuse me Y’all, may i have some more? This is the 2nd time ordering her & so far no disappointments. This last time I ordered the limb chops & can I say delish. Each bite full of flavor, satisfying each taste bud. No salt or pepper needed. Chefs kiss.

Definitely worth the wait. Staff was amazing. I was using a Groupon deal and had never been there before. So I was able to help me pick out some choices that were good for me. My food was so delicious I will be back to try the rest of the menu!!!!

Great Food. Ordered the jerk chicken with yams & SEA potatoes + 2pc fried chicken for take out. See first comment. It was like taking home a couple plates from aunties grandmas and mom’s house. Yams were perfect as was the potatoes. Chicken was delicious not dry and was spicy I likes that. the fried chicken was great too I appreciate restaurants with food at this level would most definitely recommend and order from again.

This place pops up on DoorDash a lot but I’m very hesitant about trying new spots especially here in Atlanta and through D/D, but when I passed by it in person I decided I’d try it out. First things first, customer service was so/so, being someone who works in CS as well I take it seriously. The young lady took my order while making conversation with others around us causing me to have to repeat my order 2-3x (i didn’t enjoy that) she was a sweet girl overall tho. The food was pricey but they give you a large portion! I ordered the Philly combo and the Down South Cuisine and 2 of those cake cup things. The wait time was about 30 mins or so, but I believe the food is cook to order so that was fine for me. The atmosphere was nice/cute and the menu was pretty extensive. I think there’s something for everybody.
The Philly wasn’t bad, it was a bit “oily” & over saturated but it was very flavorful (too much flavor for a Philly if you ask me lol), it was big, and was decent overall.
The Down South Cuisine was alright as well. I enjoyed the Collard Greens (they had a slight sweet tang to them that was new to me), the Mac and Cheese was a bit runny but didn’t taste bad, I substituted my yams for yellow rice which I regret (I did not like the yellow rice at all), the chicken was just okay, kinda salty honestly, I didn’t care for it.
I got the strawberry cheesecake
& chocolate cake cups; I only tried the chocolate one. It’s pretty good.
Overall I would try them again and recommend others to try. Next time I’ll try the wings or something. I think they can do great things here with a few tweaks

I wanted to share my recent experience at your East Point location. I’ve ordered from Smashing Each through DoorDash before and was impressed by the food quality, which led me to visit the restaurant in person. Unfortunately, the customer service during my visit was extremely disappointing.
While placing my order, I witnessed employees arguing behind the counter and using profanity. The music playing in the restaurant also contained inappropriate language. Additionally, I observed employees going in and out of the building and returning without washing their hands. Overall, the atmosphere was unprofessional and gave a poor impression of your brand.
It’s unfortunate because the food itself is excellent, but the lack of professionalism and management oversight at this location undermines the overall experience. I hope these concerns are addressed so future customers can enjoy both great food and great service.

Ordered from here excited to try and what we were presented with was despicable! Undercooked chicken with pink on the inside. We ordered through door dash and of course we are taking necessary steps to get our money back. But I contacted to restaurant and they were unapologetic no compensation from them as well!!! Horrible customer service. I’ll never in my life deal with them again. To be cooking that and selling it to people is beyond inconsiderate!!!!

I ordered this delivery off of Uber eats. Buy one get one free deal. I’m very picky with my food and usually wouldn’t try a place like this, but I’m glad I did. I usually have something to complain about, but I literally have nothing but a great review to say about this food. The greens are seasoned perfectly coconut rice amazing hands-down one of the best mac & cheese cheeses I’ve ever ate candy. Yams are perfect. The grilled jerk chicken was OK. I have no complaints. I’ll definitely order again.
