It was a great experience to have lunch with friend in D’Café in last Sunday, found that there is a special menu for July so we ordered the Stir-fried Water Spinach with Belachan Paste from the menu. This dish has great Malaysian flavor.
Also, we ordered the Vegetarian Dumplings. The Dumplings is so crunchy, tender and well seasoned. It’s really a good choice to order this dish as a snacks.
I choose the Beef Brisket Curry with Jasmine Rice. The beef brisket is so soft and flavorful, the curry sauce is rich and well-seasoned. I think it is a good choice if you like curry and beef brisket. I really recommend this dish.
Also I found that there is a Summer Drinks Promotion menu, I tried the Mojito Ice Tea, there is mojito syrup and mint leaves. It is so refreshing especially during this hot summer.

Breathtaking View With Delicious Food
First of all, i want to mention that the staffs there are really friendly.
Second of all, if you are vegetarian you must visit this restaurant as they have vegetarian dishes on their menu.
Third of all, the food here is delicious, every dishes we tried was a big thumbs up. You MUST try the pumpkin soup here, it was incredibly amazing.
Finally, they also have kids menu which is served with french fries and jelly and the price is affordable too.
The pumkin soup has my heart and i will definately dine in again especially for the pumkin soup.

Me and my friend visited D Café and it did not disappoint. There’s a wide variety of food to choose, from Asian and even Western cuisine. They also serve big portion of food which you can share to your friends and family. We also enjoyed eating on their alfresco area which you can see the nice view of the beach. Will definitely try other food from their menu and will recommend to my friends and family! A must try restaurant in Discovery Bay!

Had the chance to dine in at D’cafe and tried their Malaysian Chaw Kwah Teow…. turned out that the presentation looks more like soy sauced flat noodles rather than the usually seen yellow, curry-fried, in spite of this, it was quite tasty, with abundant ingredients added.
Besides, the atmosphere of the restaurant is very relaxing and peaceful, with a very opened view of the beach. All in all, i would recommend one to try them out if you’re looking for a place to eat in DB.
