Ordered again online tonight, a week later, and as promised there is now a “No Cheese” option to remove all cheese at once. We added in a “df” comment as instructed by the restaurant staff who answered our initial call and are happy to dine with confidence tonight. Thanks Doughbird for taking the feedback and making changes! 5 stars again.

Literally within ten minutes of submitting this (and a copy of this feedback on the website) I received a phone call from Doughbird corporate offering a refund and credit towards a new pizza. Very friendly and apologetic, and told that changes will be made to the site to ensure safe eating for all the allergen people out there. We’re looking forward to going back and trying again.

Ordered a GF Sausage and Mushroom pizza online for takeout and selected all the available “NO” options for cheese (as seen on receipt), only to open it at home and find cheese on it. After calling the restaurant to inquire we were told there’s a fourth cheese (provolone) that is NOT listed in the item description or an option to take off on the website. While the person who answered the call was friendly, no offer was made to make it right or compensate us for the $24 pizza we can’t eat. Disappointed, as Doughbird is usually a favorite of ours. For those with dietary sensitivities, dine with caution.

Just a great place to get some food! The decor is very nice. Everything we ordered was fantastic! I couldn’t wait to get into it and I forgot to get some pics and vids. If you’ve never been here definitely go for the experience. Could be the best burger in Tucson

A BEAUTIFUL space, loved how cozy and intimate the booth seating was. Our waitress was funny and attentive and we loved her! The mocktails were my personal favorite. I definitely want to go back and try more entree items… I got the aviator pizza Detroit style and it was good but nothing mind-blowing. The brussel sprouts appetizer, however, was amazing. The hot honey is the perfect touch! We’ll be back for sure.

Its was great! Vincent was our bar tender we had food at the bar and a drink. He recommended the best items. They are really known for their service. Vincent had such a great personality definitely coming back for the service.

We have tried it twice. Both times we were really impressed by the dessert but found the food WAY too salty. We’ve tried the pizza, the buffalo wings, and the broccoli. We are not particularly sensitive to salt or anything, if was just very salty. We could tell that without the intense salt flavor the other flavors were lovely.

My 3 Friends & I went here for the first time for my Birthday! The chicken sandwich was so delicious & not dry @ all. One friend ordered the salmon & she said it was one of the best she ever had. The Brussel sprouts was too charred to her liking so they immediately got her a new serving. Loved our waitress Sheila & let the chef know how she loved the salmon. Will definitely go back!

Delicious food and comfy booths at this place. Absolutely loved the pimento cheese and guac appetizer and the Aviator pizza! Also their lemon meringue pie was to die for. Their winter sangria was also hit the spot. Service was good and they filled up fast come dinner time.
My only slight complaint was that the music got a little loud and they dimmed the lights at 5ish, making it feel so much darker and noisier. Great place overall though.

Great food and service. Fantastic for a quick lunch rendezvous. Had the Chicken avocado salad. Great portion size and didn’t break the bank. The iced tea was also delicious.
