David’s kitchen is our family’s yearly tradition during Christmas break, everyone loves it. Our favorite order is the #2 meal (comes with egg rolls, Beef and Broccoli, sweet and sour pork, and ham fried rice), plus we also get potstickers, crab wontons, orange chicken, and general chu. My daughter likes to practice speaking Chinese with the lady when we pick up our food. This time we ordered on the website and it was super easy!

Can anyone say this place is “CUISINE” one word “AWFUL” Terrible food, tasteless, tasted as if it was leftover food from 2 days ago. Garbage chinese food, for people that doesn’t have a palate. Panda Express is would be 100% better. Too expensive for terrible food. Had Shrimp lobster sauce and I got this, not even my friend could drink the soup.

I got take out and overall enjoyed the food. However I was pretty surprised at how small my entree of sesame beef was.

All other items in our order filled the whole container or atleast close. So I was very surprised to find 6 or 7 pieces of beef included in this $18 entree

Super small tables. The egg foo young has no egg. It tasted like flour foo young because it was rock hard. The only thing that was good were the pot stickers and crab ragoon.
Waitress kept giving us dirty looks like we were stupid.

My brother took me here for lunch. Now I know why this has been his favorite restaurant for 30 years. Delicious food. Everything is freshly made, and there was shrimp and ample veggies in the won ton soup. The walnut shrimp was to die for. They added asparagus into our Mongolian beef, per request, which added a sophisticated flavor profile. Fast, friendly service. Nice atmosphere.

I used to love this place. It was never superb, but it was solid—some nice, comforting Chinese food.

My last experience there compels me to write a review. Went there with my buddy on a Friday night. It was a little busy, but nothing crazy. After about 30 minutes of not getting our food, we asked if we could just get the food to go—no worries, we had things to do, would eat it later. The server made a big deal about this, and grudgingly accepted.

She brought out check and charged me 2 sodas. The coke was flat, so I asked for a ginger ale. I brought this to her attention, and she was rude about it, laughed about it, did not offer to change it.

All of that was not enough for me to write this review. Today, 2 days later, my friend said he did not get his entree but rather had part of mine—I was wondering why my entree was such a small portion.

It wasn’t one or two things, the whole experience was pretty awful. Like I said, I really enjoyed this place in the past, but this was one of the worst service experiences that I’ve ever had.

We decided to try David’s Kitchen after so many recommendations from friends, and the food did not disappoint. The potstickers were as good as we were told, and the Sweet and Sour Chicken and Cashew Chicken were delectable, although there wasn’t very much chicken in the Cashew Chicken dish.

The service wasn’t too great, and we had to sit for nearly 15 minutes with empty plates to get our check, and never got refills on our drinks.

UPDATE 2023: We ate at David’s Kitchen again on a Saturday evening right when they opened, and unlike the previous visit, the service was fantastic. The food was wonderful as always, especially the potstickers.

This has been a family favorite for years. We love starting out a meal with their famous potstickers and table-made dipping sauce. They have great lunch specials but some of our favorites aren’t on that menu. So, if you’re out with a few people and want to look at sharing a couple of different entrees I would suggest, Mongolian Beef, Honey Walnut Shrimp, Sweet and Sour Chicken (my wife’s favorite), and some Green Bean/Asparagus Pork with the Black Bean sauce (my favorite), and some House Fried Rice to top it off.

I love this place. My family and I have been going here for years. The staff has seen us grown up and we keep coming back. The food is great, and tastes amazing. Our favorite is the potstickers that go out quickly. But every dish here is incredible, packed with flavor. I always look forward coming back to this place!

I ordered the meal for 2 with kung pao chicken, lo mein, and sweet and sour chicken. The sweet and sour chicken was standard, nothing crazy. The lo mein was good.

The kung pao chicken was a huge let down. It had barely any chicken, was mostly peanuts and water chestnuts. It had an off taste to it and we all really didn’t like it. Which is a shame because kung pao chicken is usually a family favorite.

Overall, kinda disappointed. Most likely will not be returning.
