Haley & Tasia were killing it tonight….all with a smile on their face! I can’t remember when I have had better service on such a busy night! Rockstars! OH, and my Makers Manhattan was amazing!
Bonus points for knowing to keep the water coming along with the drinks!
My second visit, Sam and Haley were fantastic behind the bar. The drinks were perfectly made, and their friendly energy added so much to our experience. The service alone would make us excited to come back!
Absolutely disgusting and dirty! We went for dinner with our family on Saturday night. Not only was the food bad, but the place was a digusting mess! There was stuff all over the floors and tables had grime all over them. When we told the manager about the poor food (I have never done this, but it was actually that bad), She literally did not care. I have never seen where a manager of a restaurant was less interested in resolving a problem or even running a clean restaurant. This person should not be in charge of anything. There is a reason that this grille has so many poor reviews. There are plenty of great restaurants in the area. Do yourself a favor and try one of them so you don’t get sick and don’t have a horrible dining experience at high prices. When you can walk in at 6 pm and immediately get seated on Valentine’s day and the restaurant is empty, it is a sign that it is bad. If you can’t be fully booked on Valentine’s day, you have a bad problem!
Finally, I looked at all the poor reviews online (Too late). I find it ironic that you have to reach out to the corporate office to find a person that may actually care. Why have a manager in the store then? Corporate must be completely clueless as to what is happening in the stores and that in itself tells you all you need to know. “Please reach out to us so we can fix it, because we have no idea there is a problem”. That is a problem in itself.
