TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Beatrice was extremely helpful and a breath of fresh air when it comes to customer service!!! You will find that a lot of fast food places servers won’t have the best attitudes all the time but her was super polite, attentive clear and took care of everything for us. 10 out of 10 service. She needs a raise.

The food was sooo good, and the Dave’s sauce was definitely a good choice. The fries are crinkle-cut, which I don’t usually like, but they’re seasoned really well, so they’re great!
The wings (boneless) had great flavor, and the meat itself was good quality.
We tried the mild, medium, and the spiciest one (I forget the name, maybe “super hot” or something?). We actually had to sign a liability waiver if we intended to eat the spiciest wings, so that should tell you how hot they are.
Honestly, my spice tolerance is decent, but everyone in our group definitely teared up
We ordered a couple milkshakes, which really helped with the heat, but I wouldn’t order the spiciest wings as your full meal
All of the food was delicious, and the restaurant itself has really cool vibes– would definitely go back!

Love this place! Our favorite to visit when we are in Tualatin. The chicken, milkshakes and cauliflower are out of this world delicious every time! Our Grandson loves the Mac n cheese too. Music is great!

I ordered the medium spice chicken tenders, and wow — they were crispy outside, juicy inside, with just the right kick. There’s even a subtle cumin flavor that makes each bite extra flavorful.
The crinkle-cut fries were hot and perfectly seasoned, and the pickles balanced everything out. Add a cold drink, and you’re all set!
Highly recommend for anyone who loves bold, flavorful fried chicken.

Wow!!! This place was awesome! Friendly and caring staff, great location, very clean, and super moist chicken! Mild and medium were not spicy at all, but the HOT was fire! The fries were really good as well and they even give you bread with your strips which helps with the heat. The best part is their officer/military discount was super generous! Will be back and am telling friends to give it a go!
