We had the most awesome two servers for my son’s 13th birthday party on June 11th. They were on their A game even if it was for 14 jumpy, energetic teenage boys. The kids thoroughly enjoyed their time there. RaeAnn was extremely helpful putting our buffet together, making sure everyone was catered to. Would definately recommend throwing a birthday party here!!!

Upon arrival, we went to the host stand where we found two people on their phones. We asked if we picked a table or they sat us. One of the people sat us and left immediately. After about 10 minutes, she came back to get our orders. After another 30 minutes, two out of five of our meals arrived by a different lady on her phone while handing us our food. Another 5 minutes went by without the rest of our food and we went to ask and yet again, they were on their phones. After 5 more minutes we got the rest of the food. The waitress did not come back to ask if everything was doing well until after we were done. We then asked for refills, which was done efficiently. The food was alright, but we were very disappointed in the service and cleanliness of the restaurant.

Came to celebrate my friend’s birthday. Almost every single game we tried was broken and half took our money. We only got a refund for one play. I’m used to lack of upkeep here, but this was unacceptable and ruined our experience. Never coming back. Better off going somewhere like Round1 where they care about their games and have a better selection.

The service at the restaurant needs to be improved. There is no motivation to works towards a good service, since you pay everything in advance through the app. Overall the food was ok , I’ll recommend to stick with the appetizers.

As I currently sit here, I’m writing a review. The bartender has an attitude as if she doesn’t want to be here but I understand management left her by herself which is unprofessional on their part. All around the bar are left over glasses and dirty napkins. Everyone came in not knowing where to sit because it was filthy everywhere. I even witnessed guest leaving.

I usually don’t dine in (I’ve had several bad experiences), but I had to because I was with all the kiddos and their friends and they were getting hungry. Word of advice if you dine here, GET OMAR AS YOUR SERVER. He went above and beyond with us. He even accommodated 2 extra people that joined us later on. He was very attentive and constantly came over to check on us. The whole experience was enjoyable.He most deff earned his tip!

Huge five stars for the staff on-site who went above and beyond to make sure that my 10yo had a great birthday party! We greatly appreciated how the team shared their allergen menu in advance, and the service we received in the private room. Thanks also to the managers for all their help with game cards and tickets for our guests.

In-depth review as a gamer. I went with my wife and only played the co-op games with 135 credits (CR), plus the card fee at $28 with 15 bonus CR. 150 CR at 8 CR avg. per game equals 8.5 co-op plays within 40 minutes.

I suspect I got discriminated as an employee that was hired. I have no idea why because my interview went very well. I was ready for orientation. I arrived to the premises 5 minutes before it occurred and I received a cancellation email once I arrived. I left and sent a follow-up email to troubleshoot and I received no response or reason for over a week. This was very degrading for me to go through. I was really interested to work here because I enjoy gaming. I’m sad this happened and I hope future employees are wary of what goes behind closed doors.
