Lots of fun, good food and great prices! We took our 10 and 7 year old here for fun on our vacation and we had a blast. On top of that, the food was good and they offer gluten free and vegan options. I had the bowl and it was top notch fresh veggies. I added salmon and it was sooo good.

The staff was not that attentive as I feel they should have been myself and my family along with other customers waited a long time before someone approached us. However, there was this one lady that was cleaning the tables, she tried to accommodate everyone. The food was OK. It wasn’t what I expected. The drinks are I should say but the games made up for everything else.

Horrible, Horrible, HORRIBLE! Cold burnt food and the service was worse. Overcharged us and still didn’t get the order right. Waited for and hour for wings that we returned because the wete cold when we first got them and cold when we got them back an hour later. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND FOOD!

staff is great. Jamal from special events is fabulous. The winners circle staff were super friendly and nice. The attitudes were spectacular and fit for dave and busters. (Rebecca, Kay, Ashley, Raven, Ty’Jae, Yolanda and Kaylah). The game techs were also awesome and knowledgeable of the games. (Topher, Matt, Markus, Stephen, Romalice, Demario, Sally, Linda, Roderick, Ricardo) The managers Paul, Elie, Jeanne, Steve and Deavon to name a few, were very professional and helpful. This place is working its way up and the staff is energetic and fun to be around. I was fortunate enough to travel here and see the store for myself. I asked other guests who came in what their thoughts were and they enjoyed the experience they had while visiting. Im excited to visit again as a guest instead of a trainer in the near future.

If you come just avoid the bar and restaurant all together. The tables are disgusting sticky. The wait staff is obnoxiously slow. Manager stands around with his thumb up his a$$. Food was good and timely. Takes hour for them to take your order then another hour just to get the check. Staff hiding behind the counter just to use their phone at the prize booth. Oh man this place is a wreck.

Had our food reservation! Got our game cards! Kiddos had a blast. Would definitely recommend it to anyone and to any family that likes playing together. If you need a moment of quiet, the bathrooms were very clean and buffered out nearly all the noise from the game floor. For service was fantastic. Shaun was very attentive and took great care of my family. Thanks to everyone that helped make our time enjoyable while we were in NOLA!

Our server started off slow. We then realized she was over worked. Taking care of an entire section on her own. During college football, on a Saturday. We waited a solid half hour for our food. 2 orders of chicken tenders and a grilled steak salad. Chicken was cold, dried out, breading mushy, yet the blue cheese with it was boiling hot, as though it sat under the warmer in the kitchen for a long period of time. The grilled steak salad was mushy as though it sat in the fridge all day, the steak was cold and rubbery. Not appealing. The manager did his job professionally and quickly. I made a simple complaint about the quality without making a scene. He removed the salad from the bill and fixed the chicken very quickly. Following that our server was available a little more and she was still professional! I applaud the staff for handling everything as they did. We’ll be back. Maybe not on a Saturday night, but we’ll be back.

The food and atmosphere were wonderful, but the service was off. No cutlery was given when we ordered food. And the overall feel was she either kept forgetting us or didn’t want to put up with us. This can be damaging for a chain such as Dave and Buster’s. My kids enjoyed the game play, we had a good time, it was just the service.
