Family-friendly chain offering a sports-bar-style setting for American food & arcade games.

Don’t snooze on this place just because it’s a chain. I was impressed. I went during lunchtime. Service was great, atmosphere was casual but fun, food was delicious (I had the smokehouse bbq burger and a dr. pepper.) The games actually exceeded my expectations in terms of how fun they were, and they have Halo. It seemed family friendly around lunch, which didn’t bother me. Games are about 4-7 chips, $25 buys 125 chips. I did have an issue with my card initially, but it was resolved quickly. Also, the card kiosks didn’t seem to work. Food prices are a bit high for this area, but the quality seemed pretty good. Yeah, I’ll definitely be back, this place is awesome!

The food was really good. I had the fish and chips. The fish was fresh and flaky. My wife had a double cheeseburger. It looked really nice and flavorful. The fries were nicely seasoned. After waiting about 5 minutes for a refill of iced tea we finally asked someone to get us refills. Note our server had been to our table twice while my cup was empty and a couple of managers walked right by it. Most of the games were over run by kids, making hard to enjoy the gaming area. Also, I am not a big fan of their game selections.

Good food, service was pretty decent. Was told they had happy hour and the drink I picked would be $7. When the bill came the drink was $10. The waiter had made a mistake on the price. They did not fix it, so that was disappointing. Beware if you are ordering happy hour drinks. I know I won’t be doing that again

We were there to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. We were told the unlimited package was the best way to go so we did that×4. Was told the food was cheaper as well. We’ll not the case at all. In addition my husband steak had to be sent back. By the time it came out we were all done eating. And the stek was dry and over cooked. He ate it because he was hungry and didn’t want to wait longer for it to go back again. Then for the unlimited game card they neglect to tell you, you cap out tickets at 1500. No one bothered to tell us that. We had 2 staff tell us this was a rip off gimmick and to never do the unlimited game play. Disappointing all around. And the price of are entire bill was outrageous. Will not be back. On a positive note the games were fun!

Been going here almost every week since opening. I got the winter pass for myself and then grab an additional card for my kids. It pretty much has all the arcade machines that other D&B have, the one it’s missing is the axe throwing which I loved playing before we moved here. Food is pretty good but the arcade is why we all go so that’s the main focus. Staff has been friendly and helpful. Can’t really complain.

Games were fun, everything else could have been better. Wait times were ridiculous, empty tables but 2 hour wait? Opted to eat/drink at bar, ordered food, came back and part of the order was there in front of my mom. Part of the order looked wrong, started to eat the correct part while we waited for the rest to come out. Once it came out, the waitress was informed that part of the order we received must be wrong. The lady down the way started to snap on the bartender about how she’s been watching us eat her food. I attempted to tell her we didn’t touch part of the order but she yelled at me telling me she watched me eat her food and didn’t tell anyone we had the wrong order. The bartender and manager did damage control for that lady and even gave her a card of some sort, didn’t say one thing to us, didn’t even make eye contact. The rest of the time I felt like we had done something wrong because the bartender seemed to be ignoring our look so my mother finally waved her over so we could pay our check. I know it was super busy and overstimulating for everyone there, but I feel like I was very tolerable of the situation and bad behavior was rewarded and the other party was ignored. Mistakes happen, I get that, but to ostracize my mother and I and reward someone else because they felt wronged, nope. I didn’t even ask for my 15% discount because I just wanted to pay and leave. I will not be returning until the hype is over, and I will only be returning to play the games since that was the only decent thing it had going for it tonight. I will say, the bartenders were nice at first, but once that interaction happened, we felt very neglected.

I went in to play a few games and have a few drinks with some friends and the experience was superb. The staff was speedy with service, drinks tasted phenomenal and were decently priced compared to some other establishments. Shoutout to Armani! Not entirely sure on his position but he went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and suggested the best deals. We will be back soon!! Thank you Dave & Busters for a great experience !

First off, the food was great. It was more like a stand-alone restaurant attached to a huge arcade, instead of a short order kitchen because “people gotta eat”. My glass was never empty and the staff was super attentive. Yes, there was a wait. The Quad Cities has begged for this for years. Everyone is excited and eager to check it out. To come to a brand new, top of the line Entertainment Center (the ONLY one in our area), and complain that it’s busy, is mind-boggling. Maybe I’m the only person that likes to walk into a new business and see it doing well ♀️ Other businesses will look to see how well D&B’s is doing in an area when they do market research. Trust me This could be the beginning of some other big-name businesses coming to the QC. I loved the variety of games. Most of them I’ve never seen anywhere else. I thought the layout was great. It was busy but didn’t feel crowded. There were tables near the games to set down your drinks while you play, which seems to elude most places, so kudos for the brains behind that idea. I enjoyed it. My family enjoyed it. My coworkers enjoyed it. We’ll all be back.

We visited with our two toddlers (1 & 2 years old), and the bartenders, Kira and Kendal absolutely made the entire experience for our family. They were so kind, patient, and welcoming from the moment we sat down. Dining out with little ones can be hectic, but they never made us feel like an inconvenience—quite the opposite. They were attentive, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.
Even with the restaurant being newly opened and busy, both bartenders clearly knew their stuff. Drinks were great, service was smooth, and they handled everything with confidence and positive attitudes. You can tell they genuinely care about guests and take pride in what they do.
I also want to recognize the bus boy—TayJay, I believe his name was. He was incredibly thorough, quick to help, and you can tell he’s a hardworking young man with a great work ethic. He kept all areas clean and checked in with us in such a polite way.
These three truly made our dining experience memorable, and I hope Kira, Kendal, and TayJay receive the proper recognition they deserve. They are exactly the kind of team that will keep families like ours coming back again and again.
