Reviews
The meat pizza was great! Loaded with toppings and a nice thinner type crust.
I sat in the bar as an out of tower and had great conversation with staff and guests. You won’t be disappointed!!
**Overall Rating:** 4/5
**Service:** 3/5
Started out solid but dipped once the place got busy. Felt like they got a little overwhelmed, but no major disasters.
**Food:** 4/5
Carol’s pizza was the highlight – flavorful, well-done, and the thin crust hit the spot. The fried mushrooms, though? Definitely straight out of a freezer bag, so don’t go in expecting gourmet apps.
**Atmosphere:**
Pretty nice overall – good vibes, comfortable setting, and worth a visit for a laid-back night out.
**Summary:**
If you’re in Douglas and want a solid pizza, Danny’s is a good pick. Just be prepared for some slacking service if it gets crowded, and maybe skip the mushrooms unless you’re in the mood for something basic.
Our sever was decent. I could go on for hours about the calzones we had though.
They were cooked perfectly and both mine and my wife’s were delicious. For me that’s saying something when you consider that I hate Hawaiian pizza, and my wife got the Hawaiian calzone.
Oh and he put the train back up. Yay!
