Terrible customer service at this location. The employees refuse to acknowledge or make eye contact with anyone standing at the pickup counter.
Was waiting on a delivery order (way past the time it was supposed to be ready) and not a single employee bothered to check in with me the entire time I was standing there. I knew the contents of the order, so I noticed when one of the employees finished preparing the only drink for the order, and he just left it on the counter and moved onto making other drinks instead of packing the order and handing it over to me. It’s almost like they don’t realize that people stand at the pickup counter FOR A REASON. Miraculously, I managed to get a different employee’s attention and told her that I’m waiting on the order that just needs to be packed. She gets defensive and calls another employee to pack the order, instead of just doing it herself. If you refuse to communicate with humans when you’re expected to, retail isn’t the right job for you. These employees lack basic communication, organization, and customer service skills and it reflects very poorly on the manager.

My absolute go-to for a quick morning caffeine fix. The staff here is impressively efficient—I’m usually in and out in minutes, which is exactly what I need. Consistently great coffee and a smooth experience every time. Best Starbucks in the area, hands down.

There has not been a Starbucks as awesome as this one. The manager, Peter, greets everyone as they come in the store and makes a commercial chain feel like a small business with its warmth and comfort. Other businesses, Starbucks & just other humans need to observe how kind Peter and his staff are. Might come here every other day just to do work & watch kindness radiate!

Without exaggeration! it’s The best Starbucks in the area. Very welcoming and friendly staffs. My coffee is always the same (exact taste). The place is clean and smells great! The line moves super fast. Plenty of parking, even though sometimes you have to wait for parking but it’s worth it. Handicapped accessible.

Such a great experience every time I come here! The staff are always so friendly and welcoming they really make you feel cared for. It’s more than just grabbing coffee..they actually brighten your day. I always leave in a better mood and look forward to coming back!

I have never had the need to write a review till today. I love this starbucks and all their workers but there is this one guy who always messes up my order and has a nasty attitude whose name i saw on the apron said Mateo.I speak Spanish as well and he ignored my Spanish which lol okayyy maybe there’s a policy regarding other languages??? Anyways I ordered my drink waited at the end for it to be wrong on the ticket. He didn’t read the order back to me so I guessed that everything was good but I guess not. He looks at you like he could kill you I don’t low why they hire people with nasty attitudes.

This place SUCKS! The food options are terrible! nothing is ever made right when I order and every time I walk in its always packed no matter what time I come!! also forcing your employees to wear all black just for the apron is ridiculous! I remember when employees used to be able to express themselves with their clothes and hair! Not only that but their aprons too! I can’t stand this corporate greed anymore, Im forevermore boycotting starbucks and I suggest everyone do the same!

I had a nice cup of joe here. The line moved and it was even busy. I have been to a lot of Starbucks. This place seemed to really have it together. Parking is fine and it is all handicap accessible. They had a clean restroom as well. I would stop back in before heading out of town and jumping on the northern state parkway.
