The pizza was exceptional in quality. The sauce was flavorful, with a distinct oregano taste. The pepperoni provided a nostalgic childhood experience, packed with classic pepperoni flavor. The dough was freshly made, evident in its crispiness and lightness. The staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful, accommodating our visit. I am eager to return for the delectable pizza and the exceptional service. Stopped by D’Allesandro’s Pizza Italian Grill recently and I’d give it a solid four stars. It has that local, laid-back feel that makes you want to sit down and actually enjoy your food instead of just rushing in and out.
I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and a side of garlic knots. The pizza came out hot with a nice crispy crust and a good balance of sauce and cheese — not too heavy, not too dry. The pepperoni had good flavor and didn’t feel overly greasy. Garlic knots were fresh, soft, and had plenty of garlic and seasoning on them, which was honestly one of the highlights of the meal.
Service was friendly and welcoming. You can tell it’s the kind of place where they recognize regulars and try to keep things relaxed. Food took a little time to come out, but it felt like it was being made fresh, so I didn’t mind the wait.
Only reason I’m not giving five stars is that nothing totally blew me away, but everything was solid and enjoyable. Good portions, good flavor, and a comfortable atmosphere. Definitely a spot I’d come back to when I’m craving pizza and want something a step up from the big chains.

Worst experience I have EVER had here. We tried to get dinner for our family and the pizza was burned to a crisp. Every single piece was black on the bottom, crust burnt so bad it was crumbling apart before we even opened the box. This pizza used to be the only pizza I could eat during my pregnancy but this is just pathetic. I’ve ordered here several times in the past but honestly I think this ruined it for me for good. When I called to let them know I wasn’t even told “we’re sorry about that” or anything. Just “if we remake it you have to pick it up yourself.”

I decided to try D’Allesandro’s Pizza after having a few so-so experiences with places like Marco’s and Papa John’s, and I will say it’s a step up from the typical chain pizza. The ingredients tasted fresher, and the crust had a better texture — not overly doughy or cardboard-like. It felt more like “real” pizza rather than fast-food style, which I appreciated.
That said, it still didn’t completely wow me. The flavor was good but not super memorable, and my slice could’ve used a bit more sauce and seasoning to really stand out. Service was fine, nothing bad but nothing especially warm or impressive either.
Overall, it’s better quality than the big chains if you’re choosing between them, but for me it lands right in the middle — decent pizza, just not quite at that crave-worthy level that would make it a regular go-to spot.

The supreme pizza and salad was DELICIOUS!!! They were happy to substitute the sausage for meatballs for me. The lemon pepper wings were good, but a little too salty for my taste. Once I brushed off some of the seasoning, it was good. I will definitely try the other flavors next time.

I ordered take out from here tonight for the first time since moving to Summerville. It was outstanding. The only disappointment was the cheese bread was cold but I’m sure that was due to delivery time. I ordered 1 large pizza, 1 pan pizza, 12 wings and cheese bread. Everything was really good. My favorite were the wings and the pan pizza. Next time I plan on dining in, and there will definitely be a next time.

I came here on a Friday afternoon so it was kinda quiet. Pretty cool spot with some fun decor and arcade games. I can see this place being a fun spot to bring family and kids or even a date night. Jaylen helped me right away, friendly guy! I got the 10″ pepperoni and snagged a soft drink. Bathrooms were clean so that’s always a plus for me I’m very particular about my type of thin crust and I enjoyed this one, solid pizza!

We are a family of 5; we went in for pizza and soda. We ordered two pizzas a small and large and 5 sodas; in and out in like 45 minutes. Everything was good; but we got the bill and got charged a “large party” fee 18%. I was shocked, first time ever getting charged a fee for 5 people. Most restaurants large parties are 8 or more. To charge a large party fee for 5 when we all sat in one booth for pizza and soda and needed nothing other than the check.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I had recently gotten diagnosed with celiac disease a few weeks ago and have been utterly terrified to eat anywhere other than my house. I went to a dietitian who recommended I go here and I’m so glad I did. I am extremely sensitive to cross contamination and I did not get sick from eating their gluten free Greek pizza. It wasn’t flat or flavorless. It didn’t crumble in my hands either. It was absolutely delicious. Whoever worked around 4ish today thank you so much for allowing me a space to have a fun safe time with my dear friends.

God forbid you have an issue with your Uber Eats order. The app tells you to call the store, but the store says you have to call Uber Eats. It sucks getting the runaround, receiving food you didn’t want, and spending way too much money.
The pizza itself is good, but Uber Eats is not. Their customer service claimed that D’alls could have done something to fix it but chose not to—even though I called to correct the order less than 5 minutes after placing it. Restaurants shouldn’t work with bad delivery companies if they can’t align with one another. Someone needs to take responsibility.
UPDATE: After telling me they couldn’t cancel on their end, they did it anyway and wasted three pizzas. They literally told me they were trashed!
In summary: I called the pizza place, and they told me to call Uber. I called Uber, and they said the pizza place should have just canceled it, but they applied the discount that caused this mess in the first place. Then, the delivery driver called me to say the store refused to give him the order because they had already trashed it. Now the driver is out of time and money. Horrible experience!
