just got a few blizzards, quick service. This dairy queen has two separate eating areas indoors. really quite nice for winters in Michigan. Blizzards? They are the same everywhere, just ok, but a nice place for them.

The worst part of this location is the manager,Alissa and the owner because he hired her. She manages with threats instead of communication. She claims to be on your side then threatens to fire you for being sick. Its management responsibility to find ppl to work. ALISSA likes to intimidate the employees because they are young and the racial microaggressions are definitely there. She needs to learn how to mange effectively. Have your kids work somewhere else if you can. The one on 9 mile and middlebelt is good go there.

This restaurant does NOT follow its posted hours. Showed up 30 minutes before closing and they had the doors locked and decided they were done for the night. Unprofessional and obviously showed they don’t care about their customers or the inconvenience they caused.

There had been a teen with pink hair that looked to be about 16 years old vaping in the back of the store near all the food and ice-cream. Overall bad service and they made my order wrong, but a nice young man helped fix my order.

The worst management!!!!! Alyssa (the manager), Took my son’s graduation cake order spent 10 minutes on the phone with her. It was a complete waste of time because on my son‘s graduation I came to pick up the cake and they had no cake here. They ruined his entire day and party!!!!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM FOR ANY ORDERS.

The only thing I didn’t like here was their tiny, easily broken plastic spoons. I could barely cut through the brownie without breaking it. I liked the brownie sundae I got here though. And on the plus side, I asked for extra fudge and I got as much as I wanted. The servers were nice and friendly.
