I waited in line for thirty minutes, unfortunately, couldn’t get out of line cars behind me. All I wanted was a twist cone when I ordered large twist cone they said no twist cones. So I said give me a medium chocolate. It’s more than the large. I said in drive thru speaker is that a medium. Yes then why’s it more money..never answers me. Go to pay girl extremely rude when I asked her why it was more, then says prices went up but not on the outside menu. Charges my card and comes back and hands me cone. I can’t see it until I get it lower in car. I said what’s this.. she says a cone and slams the window. It’s a vanilla cone dipped in chocolate! Uh I didn’t order that no wonder price was different. She wouldn’t come back to the window so I just left. If open inside I would of gone in and gotten it straightened out, but certainly don’t need to be abused by staff. Obviously poor communication skills as all they had to do was say did you not order…. I would of said no that’s not what I ordered. Stay away from this location, you won’t get treated that way at the other ones.

We came here for some ice cream (which was good) but the customer service was embarrassing. The woman at the window was upset at a change in our order- so when handing me my change she just dropped it in my hand, but I stayed polite because I was raised properly. She then mushed each cup into my hand, and just shut the window. No have a nice day or anything. I’ll stick to the Dairy Queen’s on the eastside that’s for certain. And to top it off, they gave us mini spoons for our medium blizzards, on purpose I’m sure do better

Why only drive though? Seen a group of 3 go in and leave with ice cream I try to go in gates are locked so no ice cream for me no time to waiting in line in the car. Won’t go to this one ever again

Everything went smoothly. I ordered two blizzards through the drive thru, and had no issue. The staff was nice and helpful. Blizzards delicious as always, the right amount of ingredients. The only downside I could complain is the location, I don’t really like it but that’s out of their reach so I can’t take off stars because of that.
