Service has gone downhill. We got blizzards via drive thru. That took a while, being the third car out. The upside down test failed, dripping all over, and then hands it to me with ice cream dripping down the cup. I told them not to flip the other one they’ve been sitting out for a couple of minutes. I was told not even 15 seconds. Well, I get Blizzards frequently, and they don’t melt in seconds, but in minutes. But what do I know.

We stop here several times a month and things change everytime. We stopped on Sunday and the drive through was full so we went in. The lobby had 4 tables of people already eating their full meals. I started to place my order only to be told the kitchen was closed because they were short staffed. My husband got his blizzard and I went elsewhere to spend my money on food. Very disappointing!!

Payson Dairy Queen, you need more workers. There were 2 workers (not counting the trainee) and a few people, including us, were waiting for up to 20 mins for our food and even to order. The only person who was somwhat friendly and understanding was the manager. My chicken bites tasted frozen and the chicken sandwich wasn’t impressive. Also, the chili dog bun was nice and stale.

We Were Traveling Back To Oklahoma & Stopped Here To Eat, We Love DQ, We Ordered $50+ Worth If Food, Only For Our Fries To Be Cold & A Chicken Strip Dinner Was Missing….We Turned Around & Went Back For Them To Have Attitudes For Returning, They Only Replaced The Cold Fries, Not The Dinner….Never Will We Give Our $$$ To This Location Again….If Your Traveling Thru, Stay Far Away….Bad Service & Sadly Okay Food….

Very delicious ice cream and the pretzel sticks were amazing. The wait was a little long, so some people in line behind us got out of line in the drive thru. But I will wait for ice cream anytime! Don’t try to pull a trailer through the drive thru…it is very narrow and you will probably hit the curb lol…well we did anyways
