I wish I could put a 0 for this place. My husband and I went there and ordered two tropical blizzards. The pineapple was rancid. It was so nasty. When I called we were too far away to go back for another one, which I would not have done anyway. They were going to replace it but there is no way I would ever go back to that place.

Don’t judge a book by its cover! This DQ was truly phenomenal. It’s a dessert only DQ, so there was no hot food available or served at this location. Even though the outside looks older, the customer service was impeccable and the blizzards we ordered were honestly the best ones we have ever had.

We visited DQ today for a special treat to ourselves, which doesn’t happen often. It took a few minutes before a man asked for our order. We asked for a lg vanilla cone and he replied, we don’t have those, my husband asked, you don’t have ice cream cones? And he said yes. Needless to say, we said goodbye. Really?! DQ in AJ no longer sells Ice cream either?! Then shouldn’t they close the doors at this point?

Went through the drive thru they noticed my dog in the backseat and offer a pup cup for him. Lets say he was happy. My items were good as well.

We were a little worried, this DQ is dated. There’s also a sign saying no hot food and outdoor light was broken lying on the ground. We figured no hot food was ok since we were there for ice cream. They also sell their “mistakes” blizzards. Our Dilly bars were good.

Guess I’m not the only one who knows this location serves old food. The owner seems to respond to complaints yet never does anything about it. I’ve given this place a few chances.

Wish 0 stars was an option. Ordered 2 misty freezes. Got misty slushes instead that taste like food colored corn syrup. Not my first unpleasant experience there.

Just moved to the area, ordered an oero blizzard and everything tasted old. The oreos were stale and chewy. I’ll drive to a different location from now on. With all the bad reviews you think DairyQueen would do something about this location giving the franchise a bad name.

When I went it was so overpriced. Not to mention the ice cream had freezer burn on it. They were trying to sell us a bunch of old ice cream they had in a small freezer off to the side. I will never go there again.
