My boyfriend surprised me with a visit to this DQ on our way home from the park. He spent over $30 for two chicken sandwich meals that came with bags of potato chips and two medium blizzards. The blizzards and rootbeer sodas we got were good. The buns on the chicken sandwiches were way too hard. I suspect they were stale to begin with and then were over toasted. There’s no way the people making these couldn’t tell they were rock hard. I had to replace my bun with my own when we got home. I’m also pretty disappointed that they charge that much for a very plain sandwich and a bag of chips. I’ll make my own food next time.

I ordered a heath toffee sundae and a Oreo brownie sundae. I drove all the way from ouray to get icecream. Very disappointed. There was much more toffee and brownies in our sundae than our ice cream. Once we finished the ice cream, there were chunks of brownie and toffee in our sundae. Very disappointed.

Horrible customer service! and very disrespectful kids working. from the point of pulling up I had to repeat my order twice cause you could see them through the window laughing and messing around! ( which is fine, when your not dealing with a customer.) son made a comment about he wanted a chocolate cone I explained to him the vanilla was mine. the girl working said what’s the problem and I said oh my son thought this was his and he wanted chocolate. she said well thats the vanilla one, and as I’m holding the cone in my hand I said yes obviously.. when a 5 & 9 year old both say. they were very rude people, that’s saying something.
