Awful customer service, drive thru woman was curt and rude. We got in the drive through line well before it closed, and we waited 20 minutes in line to be told “we’re closed”. There was no way to get out of the drive thru and all she said was “sorry” in a very rude manner. The car in front of us got to order. Nobody came out and told us that they were closed and around 4 cars were behind us that they also neglected to tell they were closed. Never coming back. Get better workers.

Normally excellent, but my wife’s Snicker Blizzard had virtually no Snicker. Really just a high priced cup of ice cream. UPDATE: Visited again. This time the crew was much more conscientious! Wife was more than satisfied and my blizzard was made to order! And NO, they don’t know me from Adam!

Arrived 20 minutes before close and the workers let us sit at the drive thru for 30 minutes without ever talking to us. It’s fine if you can’t serve us, but say something. Instead, they served the person in front of us at 9:45 and let us wait for nothing. Eventually they were looking right at us in the drive thru and laughing. Multiple people tried to be served at the same time, and they too got tired of waiting and left. Super unprofessional.

Very friendly staff. Delicious ice cream. There isn’t a whole lot of seating, so if you come during a busy time you may have to eat your ice cream on the picnic tables outside, but as long as long as the weather is nice that normally isn’t a bad thing 🙂 I also wish they served food…
