I ordered a cake and told the lady which design I wanted and that I wanted all boy colors. It was made with pink and blue frosting, not what I asked for. The lady working was very rude and didn’t even apologize for the miscommunication or offer to fix it. I will never go back here the customer service is awful and they don’t care about their customers. When ordering a cake make sure she repeats everything back to you to make sure she got it correct!!!

I was looking forward to Dairy Queen ice cream , but quickly despondent. I purchased two large Blizzard and within 5 minutes they were both melting. Instead of a Blizzard it felt more like shake.

They didn’t flip the blizzards over before handing them out because they were already melting. Got a chocolate xtreme blizzards that tasted like strawberry so they obviously aren’t cleaning their equipment between making blizzards. Not going back.

Dairy Queen is a staple from my childhood! I hadn’t been for YEARS. I got the Peanut Buster Parfait and it was sooo good! The food has gotten pricey, but everything kinda has.

The girls that were working were nice. Place was clean. I paid for extra cheesecake pieces in my blizzard but I don’t think there was really mich extra. But, overall, ice cream was good.

Go somewhere else. For starters everything in there was gross, covered in spilled ingredients and had liquified ice cream puddles all over the equipment and counters souring. Im sure the puddles are teaming with bacteria.

EXTREMELY DIRTY, RAN DOWN, FOOD ON THE FLOOR ALONG WITH TABLES THAT APPEARED TO NOT BE CLEANED. These are the first thoughts entering my mind to a once great location. They serve ice cream soup not blizzards along with the terrible customer service this Dairy Queen has become a stain to the reputation built by the brand. I will not be returning to this location. This store deserves no stars!! (This store does deserve a visit from corporate)
