If I could give 0 stars I would in 0.5 seconds along with this review.. last week me and my family went there to get ice cream and we waited in line for a hot minute just for the young man that works there to come up to the people behind us that he was close friends with or whatever and tell them that he could get there order when we were clearly in line way before them which caused us to wait even longer. It was rude and poor customer service.. fast forward to today me and my family decided to give it another shot and when I approached I was in mid sentence with my order for one of the cashiers to interrupt me and comment on how pretty her teachers wife was which caused me to have to restart my order over again. After I ordered I moved over to wait for my order and the girls were making all of the drinks I ordered then out of no where one of the girls shouted loudly at her other co worker that the fact that her leggings were see through.. all of the females there were wearing leggings which in my opinion isn’t an appropriate dress code.. I honestly don’t think I will ever stop at this location again to get drinks especially is this is how this place is managed. I’ve seen some disrespect before at food establishments but none of the sorts like this.

I went there at about 6:45pm on December 17, 2019 and I wanted to order a BBQ sandwich and a milkshake. Well, they said that they had already turned off their ovens and ice cream machines…… THEY CLOSE AT 9PM!!! Not happy. Consider getting new people on the night shift, because that combo of two snotty girls is making y’all lose business.

The people who work here are terriblly incompetent. I ordered a chili dog and twix blizzard to go. The guy who made them only put half a scoop of candy in my blizzard and it was mostly dust. I think there were only three decent crunchy pieces in the whole thing. Then he dropped the boxed dog in front of me and ran off. I had to flag down the other worker to get a bag. No fork or napkins.

This DQ is located in the mall and is usually always busy. There was only one girl working in the front and chill area, but she is very quick at what she does and makes the perfect bumps on the ice cream. I enjoyed my blizzard and funnel cake. As always, DQ has high quality ice cream!

Ordered four blizzards. Two came out right, two of them they forgot to put strawberries in. When brought back to the counter, we were told that we didn’t order them with strawberries, but in the specific blizzards that were ordered, there isn’t an option to get it without. They refused to remake them and were just rude in general.
