If I could give this store a 0 stars I would. Kids run it and words can’t describe what an awful place this is, management treats his employees poorly and talks to them as if he was God himself. It is very unpleasant to be there as a guest and witness the yelling and humiliating “he” does. I did not get his name but I’m sure the rest of the reviews know whom I’m taking about. Couple things strike me as annoying/ rude. I approached the counter and told the lady working it that I needed. Just a couple moments to decide what I would like as there was new blizzard flavors. No one was behind me, but she acted as if I was wasting her time and she stormed off from behind the counter. I then ordered over $20 worth of blizzards, and ask if I could have a cup of water and I was working in the hot sun all day. She declined and said I could buy a bottle of water if I wanted water, even though there was a soda fountain machine with cups and a water spigot right next to the counter! I understand that cups cost 30 to 40 cents, but I’m sure if I would have just asked for a spare cup she would have given it to me. Pretty disappointed

This is my favorite Dairy Queen location. Owners are friendly and staff is efficient. One comment: bring back the extra large sized shakes!

I ordered a Cherry Misty Float, which is a Slushie with Ice Cream. I paid for extra Ice Cream and I got LESS than I’ve ever gotten before. It usually has Ice Cream down the whole side of the cup. This time , It was only tiny little scoop near the top . What a disappointment and a waste of money !!

This is the place I think of, when I want ice cream. Solid selection for all preferences, although non-chocolate options are limited. Prompt service, good pricing, decent location as well. Not a lot of space to hang around and eat outside, better for takeout (during pandemic).
