Absolutely the rudest staff, especially the woman working the drive through. They do not appreciate your business and clearly hate their jobs. They don’t even make good ice cream treats. I will never give this Dairy Queen my business again. I will drive 6 miles versus 1 to another dairy queen that actually wants the business and your not annoying to the staff by giving them business.Horrible customer service.

Easily the worst DQ I have ever been to. They put no ingredients into a large Blizzard (for $7) at all, just plain vanilla soft serve and that’s it. And they don’t have chocolate ice cream? Is it 1975?? Cheap owners run bad business. Drive to Wayzata instead. Trust me.

And I do house cleaning for a adult day care center. So the people I service. And that my co workers stay well. For the people we take care of them. Manager guy was so rude. Refused to add other things to my sundae when I was more then willing to pay extra. Also refused to add cookie dough to my brother in law’s blizzard. I understand it gets busy but we waited. And we’re more then willing to. Plus I believe we were way over charged it was 16$ for two desserts… And not even what we wanted.. will be calling corporate.

Excellent Service! I stop when ever we are in the area and have never been disappointed. My only complaint is that they are not open all year. As for the people complaining about having to pay for water. Yes, to you it is only water… and you think it should be free. Do you stop to think that the owner of this business has to pay their employee to get you the water. They are also providing the ice and the cup for the water. Why should it be free to you but cost the owner to provide you with a beverage? Fact of the matter is for a small business to stay in business it has at least break even in the end. So they have to charge something. Same goes for the FREE Cones. This is not a corporate store, therefore they still need to pay their employees and for the product.
