I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with a recent experience with our local DQ today 02-15-26 I discovered small, clear glass pebbles in my hot fudge sundae with peanuts. This is a serious safety concern.
Upon notifying the man behind the counter (owner) I was disappointed that no apology was offered. I was offered for them to make a new one. I stated I wanted a refund with a smirk and a snotty giggle I was refunded. Just so you don’t end up with a small cut on your tongue beware! Thanks for helping me stick to my diet!

Been here twice. The girl working the drive thru was passive aggressive. My blizzards were already melted and overflowing the cups when I got them. By the time I had gotten home (I live less than 5 mins away), it was already liquid. My blizzard didn’t have the flavouring I had asked for. Was never offered or given a receipt both times I’ve been here so I have no idea if I’m being charged correctly. I don’t think I would go here again.

I’ve given this place too many opportunities to redeem itself. As many of the other posts have said…the minimum amount of ingredients/toppings in the blizzards. I got a mini strawberry cheesecake blizzard and there wa a literally TWO pieces of cheesecake in it. Knowing they’re very skimpy, when I got to the window I asked if I could add some crunch to the blizzard. The girl told me it was extra. I said that was okay and when she rung me up again it was over $2 more!! When I got the blizzard there was maybe a tablespoon of crunch and the two pieces of cheesecake. Ridiculous.
The mini blizzard ended up costing over $7 with tax.
Never coming here again. I’d rather drive the extra miles to the Minnetonka Blvd location

Terribly rude ladie working the drive thru only service and the menu with misleading menu items. Unacceptable food quality for the price we paid. And lays potatoe chips are apparently French fries .

Staff there are very friendly and will joke around with you. DQ is easy to get in and out of. There’s ample parking and drive thru, or you can go inside to order.

Absolutely the rudest staff, especially the woman working the drive through. They do not appreciate your business and clearly hate their jobs. They don’t even make good ice cream treats. I will never give this Dairy Queen my business again. I will drive 6 miles versus 1 to another dairy queen that actually wants the business and your not annoying to the staff by giving them business.Horrible customer service.

Manager guy was so rude. Refused to add other things to my sundae when I was more then willing to pay extra. Also refused to add cookie dough to my brother in law’s blizzard. I understand it gets busy but we waited. And we’re more then willing to. Plus I believe we were way over charged it was 16$ for two desserts… And not even what we wanted.. will be calling corporate.
