I guess someone was upset with me. I questioned my total because I was thinking the coupon said 4.99 but actually was 5.99. so was my mistake and I apologized for that. When got home to eat my food was surprised the size for one and then no dipping sauce. Oh well all I can do is pray for them if they are still upset with me

Some employees are nice, others are rude.
They don’t care about the items coming out.
Have had both good and bad experiences at this location over the last few years.
Today the twist ice cream was coming out almost totally chocolate. The girl noticed this, wiped the top of my cone off and tried again. This time she shrugged, didn’t care and continued to put the toppings on my cone and serve it to me as is without asking me if I still wanted the cone. When I said it wasn’t twist she motioned towards the twist nozzle as if because she used the right one, it IS twist.
I pointed out it looked all chocolate and she just shrugged and ignored me after that.
My ice cream was crystal-y and almost entirely chocolate.
I live in the area between DQ locations, next time I’ll drive south instead of north.

Just wow. The 4 piece Chicken strip basket was a disaster. The bread was coated with butter, the chicken strips were soggy with more butter, and when I went back for a pupcup it took them nearly 10 minutes to make it. Next time I’ll take my money to the Mora DQ.

They had very good customer service. They saw me waiting and said they would be right with me. Afterwards they brought my food out to me and were personal. I heard them cheer together as the last car went through the drive through. Seemed like a great team

They have not mixed the blizzards correctly at this location for literal years. Been here multiple times and the top half of blizzard has a regular amount of ingredients. Halfway through it turns into regular ice cream with very few ingredients. Hard to believe every employee doesn’t know how to make a blizzard, makes me wonder if they’re told to do it this way.
