They told us the lobby was closed even tho it was a half hour before they actually closed. They still let people that where in front of us order with no issue.They do a really good job at attracting business. Definitely will never come here again.

Went thru the drive thru tonight and told them I wanted a large blizzard cup of only TWIST ice cream they instead told me it would be cheaper to get a quart of vanilla ice cream and I said no I want twist in a large blizzard cup. Well pulled up to the window and they tried saying yet again this is the size of the large blizzard and it would be cheaper to get a quart of vanilla. I told them again no I wanted TWIST ice cream. Well went without my ice cream as I guess can’t get a large blizzard cup of twist ice cream. Not the first time this has happened to me. It will be a very very very long time before I go back if I ever go back!!! So sick of feeling like I can’t get what I want to get!!!

The blizzards are undoubtedly good, however taking 3 stars off as they do not have dine in yet. I don’t have car for drive through option so I cannot order anything. Also I cannot order it from doordash or any online delivery app. Just waiting for DQ to open a walk in or dine in so someone like me won’t miss out those amazing blizzards this summer!

Even though this isn’t the full chill n grill so they don’t have everything, the hot food they do have is great. And of course, their ice cream is always good. The employees are all friendly and fast, and the store has made huge improvements, especially under the new owners over these last few years

I waited in line for 30 mins and they closed right before me even though I was there well before 9. Then continued to be extremely rude when I pulled up to the window. This is what happens when you have kids with no customer service courtesy working.

Great place to get a quick treat. It’s a small space inside though so if there is lots of people it can be hard to move around. There is a small toy table for kids by the bathrooms my kids like to sit and play at. There is also picnic tables outside in the summer. Staff is friendly and service is fast.

Ordered a Royal New York Cheesecake Blizzard, when they went to tip it over, it fell out. As it fell out, the strawberry filling went on my onto my car. All that was said was “oh I’m sorry”. Nothing was said about it landing on my car. When we received the new one, it was not tipped and the ice cream was just as soft and the one that was dumped the first time
