Worst DQ in the state of Michigan. Way overpriced at this location and poor quality. Sprinkles on a small cone is additional $2! Blizzards with nothing in them. Ice cream is watery, not the typical smooth DQ soft serve. Hope this place shapes up! Definitely take the extra 5 minute drive to Troy DQ at Maple & Coolidge and skip this Berkley location.

This location is consistently the worst. The ice cream is always half melted and there skimp on the added stuff for the blizzards. I’ve even paid for extras and 3 bites in and it’s just icecream. The bottom of the blizzards are never even mixed. Last time I waste my money. There’s a Ferndale location and another royal oak location that are both better. Do better.

One of the worst Dairy Queen experiences I’ve ever had. The machines clearly aren’t cleaned properly, and the ice cream tasted old and freezer-burned. I ordered a Blizzard that came out a strange color and didn’t taste anything like actual Dairy Queen ice cream. It was genuinely unpleasant.

This place is a total waste of time and money. The quality is nowhere near what you’d expect, and it feels like a rip-off in every sense of the word. If you’re craving a sweet treat, go literally anywhere else.

What a shameful embarrassment to the wonderful city of Berkley. Overpriced, improperly prepared and under-portioned menu items, and staff reminiscent of a work-release crew you find picking up trash on the side of the highway. Absolutely the worst Dairy Queen in the greater Detroit area—barr none. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra ten minutes to Ferndale for a proper Dairy Queen experience.

Ordered a Birthday Cake for our daughter’s 15th birthday days in advanced. Confirmation emails said cake would be ready at 5pm the day of.
I’m here now and the staff looked shocked when I said I was here to pick up an ice cream cake. Obviously it wasn’t ready.

The kid with the pony tail is busting his ass to make it on the fly, that’s why I didn’t give it 1 star

I went to this location and ordered a large Butterfinger and Heath Blizzard. When the young lady went to hand it to me, she did not turn it upside down to show me that it would not fall out of the cup. I said, “It’s free!” The young lady looked confused, so I repeated myself, and explained Dairy Queen’s policy. The man behind her said that they do not do that at that location.

That is disappointing, but not as disappointing as the Blizzard itself. There was barely any Butterfinger or Heath in the Blizzard.

As a Texan, I appreciate DQs everywhere. This is the only one that I have ever come across that does not honor the long time tradition. And, on top of that, the product was subpar. In conclusion, I cannot recommend this location.

There is nothing like a ice cream tree in the summer time. Banana splits are one of my favorites. It always brings back childhood memories.
This location is fast friendly and efficient..

My wife and I ordered two large vanilla cones that cost 10.16 cents and they survived them like The leaning tower of babel, they both fell in our laps as we were trying to eat them. That is the worst Dairy Queen in the state of Michigan. They need to be sent to daily queen school to learn how to make a come that’s not leaning over plus the Dairy Queen twist on top that’s famous for “ the owner should go there and see what they doing I’m never going back there again’ !

Unsanitary conditions, improperly trained workers, inconsistent and under-portioned product, does not participate in National DQ Free Cone Day, customized cakes which closely resemble the galvanic scribblings of a six year-old, and it just gets worse from there.

This DQ operator is the worst is ever encountered—barr none. Absolutely the worst. Zero out of five stars.
