Incredible cocktails. The bartender was very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. The drinks were absolutely delicious and creative. One of the owners came over, we chatted and he was kind enough to educate my girlfriend and I on japanese whiskey. He also made some kind of Hazelnut simple syrup / cream and it was mind blowing. I also ordered the Birthday cake waffle and it definitely satisfied my munchies Highly recommended!

Delicious food, interesting cocktails, cool decor, but a few strange design choices. Back lounge was so dark it was hard to see very far, but the bar was pleasantly dim. Very loud party at the back but waitresses were very accommodating at getting us new seats. Bao buns and pretzels were outstanding. Cocktails were original and inspired and very tasty, I tasted drinks I’ve never had before. Would definitely recommend, maybe get here earlier when it’s less busy

This place is a 10/10! It’s kind of hidden, so it may be a little hard to find. Once you walk in, the atmosphere feels welcoming and homely, with a touch of fanciness. I only say fancy because the furniture is very nice, especially the chairs and couches. The waiter was very sweet and welcomed us right away. The menu is small for food items, but the drink options are enormous, as it is more of a bar. I got the mac and cheese and it was delicious! My only complaint is I wish there was more food options for the days I might not feel like drinking. I know whatever food they would choose to add would be just as great as the rest of the place!

I came here on a Saturday evening with two others and made a reservation for 5pm. Reservations are strongly recommended if you want a table but the bar is first come first serve. At 5pm it wasn’t too busy but it definitely picked up as we were there.

I had a relaxing night here at Conspiracy, with a drink and a nosh. My Old Fashioned was the best one I’ve had. Watching the bartender prepare a drink is like watching a magician. I couldn’t repeat the same trick at home.

I was hoping for more. Upon arriving we waited for about 10 minutes before we were greeted and shown our seats. It took another few minutes before 1 menu was provided for the 3 of us. Then after ordering our drinks we were disappointed in the quality/taste. Of the 3 drinks we ordered none of them wow’d us. We found out that this was the first night of their new menu, which might explain the poor quality of the drinks.

It’s difficult to put into words how much I love this place. The bartenders are incredible, attentive, and accommodating. The bar gets really busy at times but they make sure to keep checking in. The drink menu is always changing and one of a kind. I’ve never had drinks like this at another bar in the area. It’s a beautiful bar with a great speakeasy atmosphere. The cocktails are unique and delicious. They are always coming up with new ideas and fun ventures. This is by far one of my favorite bars in CT.
