Found this place looking thru Google and thought we would give it a try. Don’t let the outside scare you off. The inside is very nice and the staff were extremely nice and helpful. All the food was delicious from the salsa and chips to my main course. I loved the small pitcher of tea they gave me. It was different and great since I drink a lot. All the food came out quick and you got great portions. The best part was the variety of the menu. You can get Mexican or steak or seafood or BBQ or whatever. They had something for everyone. I would 100 percent go back again.

Food was good. I got the pasta and it was good sauce. It was shrimp Alfredo but the shrimp was boiled and not grilled and not seasoned. Not much in the pasta dish for the price. The baked potato looked good. Soup of the day was good.

Certainly not what I expected from a place in a strop center off Beamer Rd! This place is a model of comfort and elegance. The ambiance alone makes it worth a second trip. The servers were excellent, they approached fine dining level. The sizzling fajitas were served old school, with huge portions of meat and all the trimmings. The carnitas was the best I have had since my friend’s grandma passed. I was told the margarita was delicious without being overpowering. We will absolutely be back!

The food is amazing here! Their salsas and chips are perfect. I have yet to order a dish I don’t like, and the presentation is always gorgeous. Service is top notch, wonderful waitstaff. The ladies’ room is beautiful and very clean. They also have mugs and pottery available for purchase at the front, which make great gifts. I live pretty far, but it’s worth the drive. Please help keep these folks in business, I never want them to leave

When my family and I arrived, there was no staff member in sight. As this was our first visit, we were unsure whether to wait to be seated or seat ourselves—there was no signage or guidance whatsoever. We eventually sat ourselves at a table. A young staff member took our drink order and handed us menus, but never returned after dropping off the drinks.
We sat waiting for 40 minutes without anyone acknowledging us or taking our food order. I finally had to get up and ask for the check, even though we hadn’t been served anything beyond the drinks. At that point, the staff began arguing among themselves about who was supposed to handle our table. It was unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness.
This restaurant appears to be run by untrained, unsupervised young staff who lack basic customer service and organizational skills. The entire experience was chaotic and disappointing. We will not be returning.

I rarely give reviews but this one I had to! If you’re looking for a wonderful place to try this is it! I had the Chicken Pablano and my husband had the Steak Baked Potato and both were delicious! Hands down my new favorite restaurant! The staff was amazing especially our waitress Joana was just the sweetest! Our first time here but DEFINITELY not our last!!! Thank you to the staff for being the perfect host and hostess!!

We had an amazing Sunday date night at Texas Grill 49! The weekend special of Menudo and Pozole was absolutely delicious—rich in flavor and made to perfection. The Paloma cocktails were refreshing and paired perfectly with our meal.
Our waiter, Oscar, was truly outstanding—super attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. He even chased us down in the parking lot to return our credit card! His kindness and dedication to great service really stood out.
The atmosphere was welcoming, the food was fantastic, and the service was top-notch. Highly recommend this local gem, and we’ll definitely be back!

I was impressed the moment I set foot in the restaurant. It was well decorated and very clean. The staff was very professional, pleasant and very accommodating. The food was amazing and served in big portions! I am so very happy to have such a wonderful restaurant nearby! I absolutely love the dishes and the small touches such as complimentary fruit with your order. The chips and salsa was through the roof!

Went in for my bday, first off let me say hats off to the chef that was working Saturday because this was one of the best meals I have had in a while, we got the top sirloin for 2 for 44$ came with mashed potatoes and cream corn and salad, when I say everything was delicious I can’t express that enough, this place was amazing and will definitely go back!!!!!!
