I ordered a cake from this location on the app, when I went to pick up my cake they told me they were out and I needed to come back today to get my cake. I just called to make sure they had the cakes and the lady said she can not give me the cake because the app charged me the wrong amount. She states they lost a lot of money yesterday due to the app having issues. So now I paid for the cake, I can’t get my cake, nor can I get my money back. I will never ever use this Dairy Queen again. I paid and can’t receive what I paid for because they messed up.

I had a strawberry shake, I choose this Dairy Queen over all the other ones I’ve gone to. I choose this one and the one in new Springfield, they are very polite and on time . And the food taste so fresh

Last two times I went there, they weren’t able to make an Oreo based blizzard. The Oreo Dirt Pie and now on the new menu, the Oreo Hot Cocoa. When we went the other day, my dad’s pumpkin pie blizzard just had some pumpkin spice sprinkled on top and maybe 6 pieces of crust blended in. My boyfriends snickers blizzard, you had to get 3/4 of the way down the blizzard before you reached any brownie chunks. 75% of it was just vanilla soft serve, same with my cinnamon roll center blizzard. We’ve had good experiences here in the past but over the summer, it seems to have gone downhill a little.

Stopped for the first time at this one. Stood at the window for a little while then got in my car and went through the drive thru. Like most places now days, they’re short staffed but once in the drive thru the service was quick.

I visited this location yesterday evening at about 5pm and ordered two medium blizzards via drive thru for myself and my daughter. When handed my order the worker did not turn the blizzards upside down to demonstrate the thickness check, so I should’ve suspected something at that moment. Upon opening them I immediately realized the ingredients had not been blended at all. In fact they were still in whole pieces. I returned them to the walk up counter and expressed my concerns to who I presume was the manager and she very rudely instructed to me that this was how they’re supposed to be!!! I know that to be incorrect from previously purchased items at various locations. I asked her to remake them and to blend my blizzards more as to which she replied”THESE ARE NOT MCFLURRIES!!” Well I’m obviously not at McDonald’s but I know that??? But Im not here to go back and forth with you, either remake them or refund me. She then reblended the now melted ice cream and slid them back to me all sticky and a mess with no spoons!!! But i guess that was fine because they were milkshakes now!! The worker attitude was atrocious and her customer service skills are severely lacking. Do better Dairy Queen/Campbell sincerely a concerned patron

Refused to serve my partner and I on the ambulance because they “can’t do two different orders through the drive through” even though the walk up window was closed with “Drive-thru Only” signs. Never had this issue at any other restaurant or fast food chain, not even before they knew we were on an ambulance. We’re coworkers, not a couple- we buy our own food on shift. Used to frequent this Dairy Queen while working- I’ll never go back.
