Waited in the drive thru for 35 minutes. Ordered a dairy free dilly bar. They gave me a sugar free one instead. It was so busy that I couldn’t even find a parking spot to go in and get my order corrected Waste of time and money.

I wanted to bring an ongoing issue to your attention regarding the drive-thru service at your location between 8:30–9:30 PM. Every time we’ve visited during this time frame, the service has been extremely poor. The young employees are often joking around, our orders are made incorrectly, and we’ve had to turn around and come back on three separate occasions.
It has become stressful enough that we are considering not returning. Additionally, during one visit, there was a strong smell of marijuana coming from one of the male employees, which is completely unacceptable for a food establishment.
Someone needs to properly supervise and manage the night shift before more customers become unhappy and stop coming altogether.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I cannot begin to tell you how friendly they are here! Of course the ice cream was delicious.
We stopped for a bite to eat at Jersey Mike’s and saw the dairy Queen/Orange Julius in this same plaza so we stopped and we are so glad we did. Again the people were extremely friendly and we will be revisiting soon ✌️

Horrible experience. Ordered a cake on Saturday for my brother and mom’s birthday. I ordered a Reese’s blizzard cake and when I went to pick it up it looked off so I asked a lady working in the back who wasn’t dressed in a uniform (the owner maybe) if the cake was Reese’s and she told me yes, she lied. It was an Oreo cake that I received so I went and told another woman who was working there that it was the wrong cake. She said that they made the wrong cake and didn’t have any more of the Reese’s cakes available and that she would be able to make me one and to come back in an hour, so I did. The cake I received again was not the cake I ordered but being that today is their birthdays, I had no choice but to take it. Very disappointed and extremely inconvenient. Will not return again. The photos provided show the cake I ordered and the cake I received.

I worked at Dairy Queen before and have never ever given or experienced this kind of bad customer service, stood at the drive thru no one answers no one speaks, they are open but just allowed us to sit there like idiots without even telling us please hold on or I’ll be right with you. We literally just left. I hope that the manager or the owner of this location sees this and hires a new staff – absolutely ridiculous 2025 this world is falling with the new generation. Was here on a busy Saturday night. They have drive thru and line was long and inside line was long. Only 3 employees working. Took very long to get my order plus they were out of Dilly bars. Outside tables were dirty. Was not pleased with this location.

No issue with ice cream, staff always nice but the drive thru service is horrendous. Drive thru is so slow, even if only 1 car in front of you, have to wait 10-15 minutes before you can place your order and another 5-10 minutes before receive your order. It’s ice cream, what takes this long?

Don’t know why I even bother trying to come here anymore. What’s the point of having business hours if your only open when it’s convenient? Sign on the door says open till 10. Not only are doors locked, trash can was empty and floors were mopped already and its not even 930.
