I think the biggest disappointment of Wendy’s is that there is so much potential. They have such a great product. Their burger is awesome and the fries are fine (when fresh). The app isn’t half bad, either.
But it’s kind of a running joke in our family how it’s never an accurate order – no matter how simple or clear our order is.
The time around, they were very polite and did great with the interactions. The speed of service was also great. But we received the wrong sized drink and the small fry was essentially the same as the large fry.
I wish so many great things for Wendy’s. It just never seems to work out to what I envision in my head. I probably eat at Wendy’s only a few times a year – but it would likely be more if they could just be more consistent.

The Wendy’s in Armuchee shut down so this is our only option. Paid 11 bucks for a combo, they didn’t even include it, order a bacon double stack, there was no bacon. Had to drive all the way back across town. No straws? Messed up orders, forgotten orders, bad service. Just don’t eat here, it’s not worth it.

My wife had ordered online, but when I went to pick it up they said they didn’t get the order and that they were closing. They didn’t wait for me to show the receipt were we had already paid, they just shut the window and didn’t come back. We were very disappointed and we were out of the money we spent to get this food. What if that was all we had to eat on and we had to go hungry, they should be ashamed.

I don’t know the girls name but she was working register about 5pm yesterday, we had just left the hospital with my mom, anyway, my dad was paying her for our food and he thought he had just given her a 20 but turned out It was 40 they stuck together and he didn’t know it, she actually gave him back the other 20, now, we would have never knew that there was even an extra 20 there, so thank you young lady for doing that . There should be more Young folks like you.

I placed an order before it got busy. I thought the total was off asked the guy who took my money to confirm I ordered 4 burgers. He does. I get to the window they hand me 2. The women says the order only says 2. I said yes but I ordered 4 and confirmed it with the cash guy. Oh he’s new.. okay well then just charge me for 2 more and I’ll wait. Oh sorry we are now too busy you will have to go around manager says… I dont blame the new guy or the people who made my food or the women who took down the order wrong in the first place. I blame the manager for putting the new guy in a position he’s not ready for and for not making it right. I was the first person in the rush and because of 2 employees mistake I’m asked to go around and wait for everyone else to be served. I should have read the reviews before hand. Seems this manager just doesn’t care about her job. I’m certainly not going back and I hope others don’t either

Should never be out of chili especially on a rainy day! Also why charge me a WHOLE $1 for saucy bbq sauce when you were out of the original dipping sauce? My nuggets were stale as well! Do better night crew 🙂
