Dairy Queen hours for this location 11am to 9pm. I arrived before 8:30pm. All cleaned up and looked like employees had been gone for hours. No big deal, I will not return as this is the second time this has happened. However, there was a young woman there with her 2 children. She promised them ice cream that they now were not getting and they were crying. Way to go DQ.

Went to get some blizzards. Wife wanted heath extra but only if they had chocolate ice cream. No chocolate ice cream so I ordered a Chocolate EXTREME for myself. Ended up with a chocolate blizzard since the clueless wonder just put chocolate syrup in the vanilla ice cream.

We ordered our ice cream and literally stood there for about 15 minutes because the supervisor/manager wanted to speak with the only employee there. It was aggravating especially with the fact that we had our 2 kids with us and a line was building up behind us. They didn’t even apologize for the wait which made it worse. We would have left if we hadn’t already paid and had the little ones with us.
