It is one of the best DQ restaurants I’ve had the pleasure of visiting. Fast service, helpful friendly staff. I requested a Blizzard that isn’t part of the menu, and the kind young lady made it with no fuss nor additional charges. Top Tier, service with reasonable prices. 1/5, do not recommend. The employee made me cry. For reference, I’m a 14-year old girl. I came to this store with my mom today. Another woman and her kid were in line behind us, and they saw all of what happened next. When the cashier (an Indian woman) came out to the counter, I asked for an M&M blizzard. I didn’t ask for any chocolate sauce or fudge. I’ve ordered the same thing at other Dairy Queens before, and it hasn’t come with any chocolate sauce in it. When the woman was making the ice cream, I saw her put chocolate sauce into the cup. I said, “did you put chocolate sauce in it? I didn’t want any.” She then started yelling at me about how it comes with chocolate sauce, and that she had only put a little bit of it in the ice cream. She then told me to try it and see if it tasted like chocolate, so I tried a little bit of it and said that it tasted like chocolate. I put the spoon back into the cup (it’s not as though she could have re-used the ice cream or sold it to somebody else anyways). She started screaming at me, saying, “why did you put the spoon back after? You’re not supposed to put the spoon back after you try it!” I started crying, and she kept screaming at me about the chocolate sauce. My mom, who had come into the store with me, then asked the woman to remake the ice cream with no chocolate sauce in it and offered to pay for both of the blizzards. The woman started yelling that she hadn’t put any chocolate sauce into the ice cream, and that it tasted the same with or without it. She remade it, still yelling at me about how it didn’t matter to her and that it tasted the same anyways. Once she remade it, she kept yelling at me to try it and see if it tastes any different. She said “here, do you want this one? Take this one and see if it tastes different!” She then scoffed at me when I took it from her. The woman kept her voice raised the whole time, and started to ring us up. She charged us for both of the blizzards. She never stopped yelling at us, even as we were walking out the door. Not only did she yell at me for her own mistake, she lied about putting chocolate sauce after my mom asked her to remake it. We will not be coming back here. Ice cream is supposed to make kids happy, not make them cry.

Lastnight I ordered the new Caramel Cheesecake blizzard and asked for extra cheesecake pieces. The young woman behind the counter made it all wrong. No caramel at all and I only got a few pieces of cheesecake pieces when I asked for (and paid) for extra. I then asked her is this made correctly and she said yes. I know it was not made correctly at all once I started eating it. I won’t come back to this location even when it’s the closest one to me, I’d rather go to another one.

This DQ only serves ice cream. For starters the price is way higher than other DQs I have been too. It was almost $50 for just 5 people (mix of blizzards and sundaes). When the worker was making the ice cream she was in a very slow pace. The worker was on her phone while we were eating our food and being very loud and obnoxious. She is very unprofessional and inconsiderate. I absolutely do not recommend this location.

It’s 2023 people, update your hours on Google! This place isn’t open at 12, it’s open at 1, as the sign on their door states. I’ll try to suggest new hours, but don’t waste your time coming when they’re closed.

Yes understaffed, but still great service, many people were in line, and a guy was working alone on a Sunday afternoon, didn’t seem stressed, or angry, he kept professional, smile on face when he greets customers, did his best to prepare the orders! ‘Summer berry cheesecake’ that’s what we got, quite mouthful, yet delicious!!! Will come back for more! Thanks for being the DQ!

I walked in other night and the Indian lady there looked like she had a bad day. After getting 3 blizzards, I asked her if I could pay cash and the rest on card. She just stared at me rudely without saying anything, so I asked her again, and then she got an attitude saying “Oh my God, I said yes already.” Pretty sure the customers waiting in line behind me heard her snap at me. So rude for no reason. Maybe she was having a bad day I’m not sure but this is no way to treat customers by yelling at them. Gotta be more professional, looked like to me she hates her job. Not good for business.

I think this store needs to adjust their hours. We were here at 11:58 am so we waited for it to open during the posted hours (12-11 pm every day). It’s 12:10 and still not open. One of the neighboring store associates came outside to let me know that whoever opens normally doesn’t arrive until 12:30 or later, so I didn’t waste my time. Going elsewhere to get my son a treat.

I have eaten at DQ 100s of times and it is my goto favorite for ice cream. I experienced a bad batch of soft serve or chocolate topping. Smelled a little sour when I made it past the chocolate. Within half an hour, my stomach was upset and I was in the bathroom. Called location to express my concern and person on phone was rude and wanted to argue and tell me there was nothing wrong with the ice cream. Not the most professional or best way to handle the situation.
