This particular DQ had no order or communication when I went to pick up an ice cream cake. When I called to verify my order I wasn’t told to come through the drive through so I was stopped at the entrance and told the dining area was filled with machines for updating the business. The girls were all very young and giddy . The ice cream cake was very good and the writing on the cake was very nice.

I do my best not to leave bad reviews but we’ve tried three separate times to go here for a late night snack and it’s been awful each time. The girls working are all always on their phones except one or two, tonight they handed me a blizzard that was overflowing, they put a lid on it and double cupped it and just handed it to us in the car with no napkins, by the time I got napkins it had pretty much melted all over my hand and pants. Kids should not be running a buisness. Also, the scoff right when we pulled away like me asking for napkins and asking them not to hand the blizzard to me like that was the absolute worst thing ever was a cherry on top. Pink ice cream goes great with my white sweatpants though, thank you a bunch.

I had the worst experience EVER at this Dairy Queen tonight. The shift lead was so rude and disrespectful. She embarrassed me and caused a scene. I felt very discriminated against. I’ve been coming to this Dairy Queen for years since I was a child, and I am now 30 years old but I will never go here again!

Ordered a cake online. Two day wait time no big deal. Price $21. Got a confirmation to pick it up Saturday at 12. Called to see if it was ready and they didn’t even have my cake. So they made one but didn’t look like the one I ordered and then charged me $23. I told them I wanted to talk to the manager. She took my number and never heard from them. Buyer beware!

Love the Dairy Queen menu. It is time to “open the store” as well as drive thru. Cars wrap around the building blocking the driveway and entrance and exit. This is only the beginning. Sadly we may have find a new summer treat location if service doesn’t improve.

Always quick service for a evening run with the kids for ice cream. Happy to see that the inside is now open for business!

Broken machine. Ordered something else waited quite a while got up to the window the other machine broke. Only able to get one out of the 5 items we ordered. Wasn’t told until we waited for a long time in line. Girls very apologetic but dropped a star.

Just a basic Dairy Queen with less ingredients than better ones. Don’t ask for any pineapple or coconut.. We tend to skip it and drive up the road 5 minutes to west grove to the Station ice cream shop… 1000x’s better
