We’re big DQ fans, but the Newburgh store is the best we’ve ever been to! The cake display was like a museum – they were gorgeous! The staff was quick and made the absolute best coffee shake float I’ve ever had. My husband’s root beer float had so much ice cream, the straw stood up! We live about 50 miles away, but I’d take the trip just for this DQ.

Bought a chicken salad from DQ. When I finally got home to eat it I lost my appetite. The chicken wasn’t cooked well done , and the chicken was raw and the lettuce was going bad! Will never buy from this place again! Better off going to Wendy for a chicken Caesar salad

Ice cream was good but service was not! We had the app and wanted to scan it for rewards ( which btw it has signs everywhere to get the app) but they said they couldn’t scan it in their words “ we can’t do this we don’t have a scanner “ what’s the point then. They also charged me for extra Oreos in my blizzard but I didn’t ask for it. Only giving two stars because the ice cream

Let me tell you we pulled up to the drive thru window with a large order and the order was PERFECT. 4 various shakes, 2 special blizzards and a parfait came out fast with a smile and we will be back! Thank you for being so nice to us.

Best Dairy Queen ever! I ordered a birthday cake for my boyfriend and made a crazy request– I asked for the cake to be smothered in “Carvel chocolate crunchy bits” and they did it! It’s his favorite thing and it really made his birthday amazing, thank you!! Everyone was so friendly, and the prices are great too!

Went to this dairy queen tonight. The door says that they close at 9:00pm, but at 8:29pm the door was locked and the staff member inside said that they were no longer letting people inside and it was drive thru only. If you are going to close early, post the hours or make a sign!
