I haven’t been to a DQ years. It was a trip down memory lane. The service was very good. The ice cream was great. They had comfortable benches outside to sit an enjoy. The prices were reasonable. I would go back.

The ice cream is good, but the staff here are very disorganized. Ordered 4 items. Had to repeat the order twice because the staff was inattentive. Our sundae was not a sundae, just vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup. Had to ask them to add the sundae toppings. We ordered shakes, and blizzards. We we’re not given straws, Not given spoons for sundae’s, or lids for anything. Very disappointed with my visit.

I’m really happy to say that even if you see a long line outside, the kids that work there are very good and fast at their job! They all deserve a raise! The one thing I will complain about is the way patrons can’t or don’t read the sign that tells you which way to line up. Read the sign people!

Awesome spot for ice cream! The soft serve is soo fresh and creamy. You can tell they really care here. The employees are friendly and efficient. They will gladly make anything for you and give you recommendations. The cakes here are made in house. If you need anything made into a cake they are more than happy to accommodate you even on a short notice!

On the advertisement it says that it’s supposed to be served upside down and it did not and when I brought it to his attention he told me to read the fine print at participation locations only mind you on their menu it has a big picture of it saying served upside down or next one is free.

It is mid July and hot I walked over to my local Dairy Queen for some ice creme with my 3 month old in her stroller there’s a bunch of teenage kids working behind the counter doing nothing except 2 who were helping a customer I stood there for 10 minutes waiting for someone to ask are you being helped and nothing the woman that decided to cut infront of me received assistance before me I went over and said well can I be helped cause I was standing here waiting before them mind you there’s still a people chatting in the back not helping anyone that could’ve helped but two employees told me they already are being helped basically too bad instead of anyone helping me after I said that ,one was an employee named dom who after I said I’m sitting here w a baby in the heat for ten minutes and wasn’t helped proceeded to tell me it’s not his job to make sure how the lines move somebody needs to tell dom it’s his job to ask people if they are being helped or tell anyone to ask the customers I was waiting for someone to ask me instead I got teenagers chatting ignoring me when I told him I was writing this in a review he said very on a very cocky manner go ahead I don’t care so here it is

I would leave zero star if i could. The worst place and worst service, Everyone who works there acts like they would rather be somewhere else instead. The manager is so rude and has the worst attitude i called the police on the manager today and filed a complaint and taking them the court i recommend avoiding this place.

5 dollars for a blizzard the size of a shot glass is insane. Save your money and buy an entire tub of ice cream at that price.
