This is a GREAT Dairy Queen location! Customer service has always been pleasant and the woman who helped me out today was nice! I used to come here a lot but now I frequent once in a while and refuse to go to any other location for Dairy Queen (treats only). Today I came on this cold day to get a nice soft serve and the customer service was absolutely immaculate. Zarique (Sorry if I missed spelled his name) was all smiles and amazing customer service. He gave great service with a smile and honestly made my day brighter! Highly recommend and they should give him so much praise and a pay bump for how he interacts with customers!

The service and ice cream was great!! The only complaint I have is about the small busy parkinglot.. It’s nerve wracking having to stand in the opening of their parkinglot with my 2 children in order to stand in line. Cars are constantly driving in and out from the busy street Dairy Queen is located on. And it would be nice if they had some type of seating arrangement. My children and I had to sit on a side street side walk in front of a house in order to eat our delicious ice creams before it spilled all over us. It was very awkward for the 3 of us but I don’t have a vehicle so we had to think quick and eat the ice creams quick. So them adding seating would be a great convenience for their customers. I would take my kids there more often if we didn’t need to sit on a random curb to hurry up and eat our ice creams.. Just a food for thought lol

The amount of trash left from Dairy Queen past our homes past other people’s homes on Belmont Street is disgusting put some trash barrels outside suggest to the people maybe that they do not throw their ice cream cups on the sidewalk where people have to walk all the way down Belmont Street do better Dairy Queen you’re not being a good neighbor

The ice cream is always delicious and fresh. They offer a large variety of good quality flavors and the prices are reasonable. The staff is very friendly and quick with their service.

Parking can be rough at this location. They don’t participate in corporate promotions including they serve your blizzard upside down or the next one is free. Which is understandable at this location because their ice cream is not as thick as the rest of the company and I’d be afraid the blizzard drips out.

They don’t know how to make a Blizzard!! DON’T GET ONE THERE!! I’ve ordered an M&M Blizzard from there twice. BOTH times, they throw some M&Ms in some vanilla icecream. It’s not mixed up at all!! Its WHOLE M&Ms in soft serve. Twice I’ve called to say “hey… someone is making these wrong. They should be all chopped up.’ TWICE they said they’d fix it. Tried ONE MORE TIME – NOPE….. SAME THING. Get something else. They don’t know how to make Blizzards
