Then we order a mini blizzard at the end of our meal. After about 5 minutes I went to the counter and waited for it cause we were ready to leave. I stood there for 20 minutes and someone finally checked the freezer and gave us our blizzard. It was made the whole time, just like our food.
We waited 20+ minutes for our food and another 15 unnecessary to minutes for our blizzard.
Customer service always sucks at this location
The lobby was immaculate and spotless; it’s clear this location is exceptionally well-maintained and has a sophisticated, welcoming look. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with utmost kindness and respect. The service was incredibly fast, taking maybe only two minutes, yet without compromising on quality. You can truly feel the dedication of the management and staff here.
Beyond the excellent food and service, I deeply appreciate that this Dairy Queen provides a free kids meal with the purchase of a combo on Mondays. This is a special that is done in Johnson county (Cleburne, Alvarado,Joshuaand etc) and is subject to change my location and availability in the future. This policy truly reflects a people-first and child-friendly attitude, demonstrating a genuine commitment to the community.
Thank you, Dairy Queen, for hiring such great staff and management, and for embodying such a strong, community-focused ethos. This is truly a place that cares.
Gave me a huge drink (leaking) with kids fries and they were hard. Had to throw away. Then the burger lol. Bun was dried out and patty was cold. They forgot the cheese and tomato and there was barely any lettuce. The bread was hard and stale. The fried were hard. They gave me my banana split and had me waiting 15mins so I melted before I even drove off. SMH.
Thank you for today’s work shift team. I wish I would of caught the young lady name but I was in a hurry.
