I’m sure Wendy’s would come in here and shut this place down themselves any given day!!!! Filthy , nasty , disgusting , and unbelievable. No hygiene in here , I only ordered nuggets with a side of cheese sauce and no one was wearing gloves or washing hands and one guy literally just took the trash out and a Wednesday at 6:20 pm 3/4/26.
I watched the cashier who took my order dig in the side of her head and ear then proceed to grab my nuggets and cheese sauce …. .
Needless to say I gave the nuggets to a dog roaming around outside , waste of money I wouldn’t eat nothing from here !!!!! I would say do better but we’re past that, shut this whole thing down and start new!!!!!

Typical Wendy’s location except this one is located in a Pilot gas station. They have all of the menu items you would expect to find at Wendy’s, burgers, chicken nuggets, fries, Frosties, and more. There is plenty of seating on the inside, if you want to stop and eat. It was not very busy during my visit but my food did take a while to come out. Overall, it was not bad for a fast food stop and I would go there again.

Disappointed by the service today. I asked the manager about the wait time for a coffee and received very rude, dismissive answers. To make matters worse, since the front registers were closed, she wanted to take my phone to the drive-through window to scan it. I wasn’t comfortable letting my phone leave my hand/sight for a transaction. Definitely not the level of professionalism I expected

It’s pretty much a gamble. You might go in and have a pleasant visit with decent service but don’t count on that to be the norm. This morning I simply got ignored even after I politely asked if someone would take my order after which I just walked out. I guess high fiving coworkers and gigging was more important.

This location is beyond disgusting. And I mean beyond.
I don’t even know what to say. We chose not to order anything after looking at the environment. Well, that and the service was super slow. The self checkout machines were shutdown asking everyone to see the cashier.
And the amount of filth is appalling. Surely whoever owns this location gets plenty of feedback about this location. Just don’t bother visiting this Wendy’s.

I don’t normally do bad reviews however this is supposed to be a baconator and is basically a jr bacon cheeseburger without lettuce and tomato. I paid $6.98 for this burger. This is ridiculous. Then when we paid in cash the cashier did not have correct change to give back and didn’t try to go to drive through register or in the back to make change to give back. We just said keep it. Wendy’s I’m disappointed at the downfall and quality of food and I’ve been a customer forever. Not looking for anything in return only want to see better quality for the price and customer service in full effect.

This has to be the worst Wendy’s ever. It’s always 20 min to order even when there is nobody in line. The food is OK. Some times the fries are cold. I ordered chili with onions and cheese. Whole sliced onions. Not chopped. Not even cut. Whole rings of onion. Half of the drinks in the fancy coke machine are always out. The only reason i come here is because of the Pilot.

Rude people! The associate agreed they messed up my order but wouldn’t fix it.. it’ll mess up their food cost because it was ordered thru a delivery app, cursed me out while insulting me and hung up the phone, nothing but my drinks were correct in the order and it was really late and came cold!

The workers did not acknowledge the 2 customers (me and another person) they had waiting in line for more than 5 mins. It was night time, they were not busy at all. It looked like they didn’t want to attend to us at all.
